star
if
I
could
give
it

I
bought
a
coupon
for
a
cosmetic
treatment
worth
HUF
6,970,
which
included
a
complete
facial
cleansing.
During

first
phone
call
(January
25),
when
I
wanted
to
make
an
appointment,
a
lady
told
me
that
unfortunately
the
beauticians
have
covid
and
are
not
working
now.
Of

this
was
completely
understandable
in
that
virus
situation.
On
my
second
call,
which
happened

month
later,
and
I

add
that
I
always
called
the
number
that
was
on
the
coupon
in
order
to
make
an
appointment,

spoke
to
a
man
who
told
me
that
he
did

know
that
they
had
a
beautician,
"and
I
said,

bought
a
coupon
for

from
you
to
the
service"
he
says:

he
looks

and
calls
back.

happened.
Then

again

weeks
later,

again
to

lady

said

work
yet,

back

appointment
for

that

week

only
good
day
for
me
because
I
work
every
other
day
and

come,

said

appointment
for
that
day
anyway.
Yesterday
I
went
there
for
the
appointment,

already
there
at
3:15
p.m.
There

was
greeted
by
a
lady
and
a
man
at

reception,

said

came
for

appointment
at
15:30
at
the
beautician.
They
don't
know
anything
about
this,
because
the
beautician
isn't
even
working
today!
The
lady
said
she
would
call
her
boss,

does
she
know
about
this,
but

she
didn't
pick
up
the
phone!
I
am
told
to
call
the
number
on
which
I
made
the
appointment.
I
call,
the
beautician
picks
up,
I
tell
him
that
I
am
here
at
the
appointed
time
for
the
treatment,

which
he
is

that
I
have
moved
the
appointment
to
tomorrow,

today!
I
am
completely
surprised
to
tell
him
that
I
must
not,
because

March
21st
I
have
asked
for
this
day
directly
because
I
don't
have
time

other
time,
we

spoken!
And
he
called
me
from
this
number,
I
tell
him

stupid
and
the
last
call

number
in

phone

make
this
appointment?

time

they
made

asks

phone
what
the
solution
is,

they

the

You
don't
need
to

such
an
unreliable
workforce,
because
Imhotep
Medical
might
be
good
in
other
ways,

don't

but
their
beautician
is
an
unreliable
one,
man!
