Horrible place, most of the projects are located not “in the heart of Budapest” but in the suburbs. Low salary, lack of organization. The offices are quite dirty and the teams too small to manage all of the tasks. Every month it is also needed to pass some internal “tests” which is just a waste of time. There is no opportunity to develope at TATA. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The most unreliable company I have ever met during admission. I have received the news that I was hired, however not for the previously agreed wage with the headhunters, but WAAAAY LOWER. After informing the headhunter company about the changes in the payment they have contacted TATA. One day after the issue occurred TATA HR contacted me that the previous offer is not valid, since they had it already filled by some insider. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MULTI SO FAR THAT I HAVE MET. HAPPY TO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

The most horrible company I have ever worked for. First, I was hired for a 6-month long project as a contractor, and on my fourth day, "due to a budget cut", I was fired alongside 9 of my colleagues. Then, some time later, I took part in an interview for a similar job and had the following feedback: "Your interview went very well, they liked you, however, a friend of the hiring manager's also applied last minute, and most probably, they will be given the offer, thus you came in as second best". Beside not being trustworthy, they do everything in order that that the employees feel uncomfortable in the office: low-quality, horrible online training sessions, a weeks or even months-long wait to have your corporate PC, not to mention the lack of cutlery and equipment in the kitchen, lack of coffee and tea ("if you want to have some, bring your own"). In short: the worst of the worst.

It is very unserious! I was on the first round phone interview. They told me, I am successfuly in the second round. The second round to test my language skills will be within two weeks. After a few days I received a mail from the HR: Please allow us a little extra time to organize the second round. Two weeks passed, after then I wrote a mail, but it was without response. Tried to call the HR manager's phone number, that was in the e-mail, but no response. Tried to meet personaly the HR manager at their address: the girl at the reception told me, she doesn't know a person with this name. The other people coming from the offices to the elevators did't know too. Contacted the recruitment agency, they told me: Be patient the TCS HR confirmed, your application is in waiting status! So I waited three weeks. There was neither any response from the recrutiment agency, nor from the TCS HR, during the waiting time. I wrote an e-mail message to both of them. This was the response from the TCS HR manager: "A week ago we closed this position. You have not received any mail about it because I was sick." But this is not an explanation of the no-communication I have described above.
