Shame on them! 1 star only because I can't give them minus millions. I wish I could give negative stars and that is what this dental surgery deserves. Biggest Rip off dental surgery I came across so far. I made the biggest mistake of my life. Let me just tell you to save your money and not go to this dentist, they will literally rinse out your money. I’m a dental technician myself and worked in crown and bridge lab for many years. They charged me £120 for night guard which is £35 here in UK. They use old system implants and very cheap materials to manufacture the crowns abc veneers. The cost of flights, meals and hotel accommodation make having dental implants fitted here more expensive. The additional costs of travelling to and from airports, parking, taxi fares and time off from work (if necessary) to heal can also push prices much higher. You could pay a few hundred pound more here in uk for a better quality materials and professional treatment. You could also travel to Turkey to save thousand and thousands for up to date dental implants systems.

The worst experience in my life is when I had an implant with SODC, the crown falls out the next day and I contacted the clinic concerning the issues. Apparently, they were demanding more money. For me, the clinic is like a scam and personally will not recommend anyone for the service. Please look elsewhere.

I visited this dental clinic after having carried out extensive research on the cost and procedure for dental implants. During my very first contact with SODC I was impressed by the knowledge and openness of the initial advisor. I was provided with transparent costs and all my queries were answered clearly and honestly I flew out to Hungary and was equally impressed by the level of care, quality of service and clean, welcoming environment of the clinic. I visited the clinic twice last year and have always been greeted warmly and treated with respect and care. I felt I was given appropriate advice in respect of the options available and the focus was on what was considered best for my personal circumstances. My views were considered important and I was consulted every step of the way. Although I cannot say the treatment was pain free, it was an absolute joy to return home with dental work completed to a high standard. My teeth are aesthetically pleasing without the treatment making a huge dent on my finances. I would estimate I paid less than half price to quotes given in the U.K. but my main satisfaction stems from the high standards maintained by the clinic and the overall treatment provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to friends and family and hope to return next year to carry out some further cosmetic dental work. I am extremely pleased to have chosen this clinic, from my initial consultation to the transportation provided from hotel to clinic, and the treatment itself, was all completely faultless. A special thanks to Dr Barbara for her care and professionalism during a usually traumatic treatment. I hope the clinic goes from strength to strength and I look forward to visiting you all again next year. (And that’s a rare thing to say in respect of dental procedures!!!)

Visited this clinic with a view to having teeth out and dental implants ...went along staff were really nice and friendly great set up via collecting from airport and your appointments etc .had teeth out went ok then had a CT scan and was told i couldnt have upper implants only in the bottom so opted for dentures...well had them fitted in February but i wasnt really happy with them...firstly the material used is very dark not matched to my own gum colour ..you can see the teeth glued on so this shows ridges at the top ...i paid over a thousand pounds plus flights and accommodation for 5 days also for this .. my teeth were ready Thursday and i was flying home friday so wasn't much i could do ..now they are extremely loose .. ive contacted SODC abour this and theyve told me to return for an alignment. .i am extremely unhappy and there is no point in returning as its more expensive...i now have to have a new set made in the U.K. ...I didn't want to write this as everyone was so nice but it doesnt always work out for the best.... .thank you for your response but i would say its more than minor the denture is all wrong the colour of it the teeth having marks on where the teeth have been glued on not just the fit for the alignment.. i now need new dentures ..feel really let down by the whole thing

The Treatment at this Clinic was fantastic from start to finish. I had an irrational fear of dentists... it was that bad i had not visited one for over 30 years, so as you can imagine my teeth were not in good health. I visited here with my wife who was having treatment... i had no intention of having anything done. On our second visit my wife (unknown to me) told her Dentist about my problem... before long i was sat in the Dentist's chair having had an Xray. Dr Sophie and her assistant Clara made me feel so comfortable that i had 11 teeth out there and then!! My treatment is now finished and i am absolutely delighted with the results. Its life changing, being able to smile and having conversations without hiding my mouth behind my hand.... also the health implications...i feel so much better!!. So i would say if you have any doubts and your teeth need sorting do not be scared... it will be fine especially if you decide to use SODC and your lucky enough to be looked after by Dr Sophia and Clara.

11 years on and my bridges and caps are still going strong. I had one problem initially just after I came home with a painful nerve under a crown I had had dine. A UK dentist told me it would have to come out and be replaced with a pallette but sodc sorted it and paid for my flight and hotel so they could do so . I'm still happy with my teeth after all this time. Thank you xx

At first day of the final week there was disappointment as one of the four implants failed and the surgery to remove and sew up was painful in addition. Next day a meeting with surgeon and with Dr Gergely gave assurance that 3 implants will provide stability but if and when i decide to have it replaced it would be free of charge and the bone is sufficient for it. After CT SCAN and impressions the final prosthesis, however, was not ready on Thursday morning - another big disappointment, but Dr Gergely called the dental lab to see if they could finish it, and much later this was fixed so that Friday adjustments needed were done. I appreciate the care and professional manner, and I can recommend their services to everyone. Terry Gluck

I have recently returned after having my dental treatment at SODC in Budapest and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I have always had a terrible fear of dentists and taking on this much dental work was extremely daunting for me. From the minute I got in touch with the team at SODC I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. The dental work was undertaken in a bright, clean and friendly environment. Dr Peter the implant surgeon and Dr Hagen and Nurse Christina made me feel very comfortable and at ease at every stage. Everything was explained in detail and they constantly checked on my well-being. Their care and attention to detail was exemplary and I cannot recommend SODC enough. I am over the moon with my new look and can’t thank you enough. Thank you Dr Hagen for giving me back my smile and my confidence. I have a new lease of life now. Excellent faultless service. A really positive experience from start to finish. When compared to what the UK offers, you have Very experienced and knowledgeable staff, they know thier stuff and deal with all kinds of complexities, the facilities are modern and clean and spacious and the value for money is amazing and the price is all in, no extra for any xrays etc. I cannot recommend this more highly. Also I was a women travelling on my own and the clinic meets you at the airport snd ferries you to appointments. Budapest is amazing too.

Like many people I was initially nervous about having implants. SODC were brilliant. From airport pick ups to hotel drop offs its impossible to find fault. What stands out most all though is the wonderful level of professionalism from both my dentist and assistant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My thanks go out to the entire team. I came here last week with 2 of my friends and have to say the care we have received with these guys is fantastic. Tom and Sultan our drivers for the week were fabulous as was the treatment and support from the dental staff and especially Anna our wonderful dentist! I am only half way through my treatment but have returned home to London with a fantastic set of upper teeth. I cannot wait until January to complete the rest of my journey. These guys are amazing and really know their stuff. You are talked through all of your treatment plan and are given the choice if you want to proceed or not! I would highly recommend Save on Dental Care. I am very pleased with my implants and new teeth, I feel I have rejoined the human race and have regained my confidence and smile. Their customer service is second to none and everyone is friendly, very professional and kind. The treatment takes some time and was not without some pain but well worth it for the end result. Budapest is a lovely city and the chosen hotels excellent.

I wish I had shown the amazing, talented dentist how happy I was with my crown, I was a bit overwhelmed to be honest and forgot to thank him properly. I would recommend SODC without reservation. Very nervous as this was my 1st appointment, don't know what I was worrying about, put me totally at ease right from the dentists down to taxi drivers who picked me up and dropped me at clinic. Everything was so well planned from being met on arrival , taken to the hotel and then taken to the clinic. The staff and of course the doctors answer all your questions and at the end of the day you have lovely teeth. Being able to smile with confidence and bite into an apple is joy. Overall considering hotel and travel expenses this was by far better than the cost I was quoted in the UK

Exceptional! Went to SODC from Ireland upon recommendation of a friend who had previously attended and came home with a perfect smile. Dr Ana was my dentist and I honestly could not have been any happier with the care I received from her and her Dental Nurses. My mother came over and was so impressed she also decided to have some cosmetic work done. Ana immediately put me at ease (no easy task due to my dental phobia-now cured thanks to Ana) and came up with a plan to give me my perfect smile. The process was much more pleasant than I could ever have expected and after just 5 days I returned home with a perfect smile. We were collected and dropped to the clinic for each appointment and airport transfers were also provided by the clinic. Could not recommend them highly enough. First went to SODC in October and Peter placed implants in my jaw with no pain whatsoever and constant reassurance. The professionalism was fantastic and I've recently returned from my latest trip. After spending several working days there to have more treatment with Dr Hagen and his assistant Christina who covered the treatment throughout. The work and care were both impeccable and results are outstanding. Everyone at the clinic was caring and answered all my questions even the guys who picked me up from the airport were great especially Micky. Would recommend having treatment done here its much more affordable than the UK and much better service. I now have a great smile and cant wait to be back!

I had a great impression about this clinic from the pick up at the airport to the very end of the treatment and last but not least the important amount of money I saved. Great organization even when there are little delays or change of plans, they can handle things very well. I've been happy about the clean environment, the doctor, the assistant, the receptionists and the drivers too...and I'm a very picky person as well as nervous about dentists! It's also nice that there are opportunities to talk to other patients during the drive and share the experiences.

Hi! I began my journey with SODC in 2017 at the age of 67 and finished 14 months later on my 68th birthday feeling like a new person and able to eat again properly for the first time in ages! I was overjoyed and considered the money spent to be an excellent investment in my future well being. Nothing worthwhile ever comes cheaply but the cost involved was FAR less than it would have been back home in the UK, included the whole of my mouth and provided the added bonus of spending time in the lovely city of Budapest on the famous river Danube. This review might have been written a year ago but I feel is more relevant today now that I have returned from my first annual check-up. Why? Because I can say without reservation that I have enjoyed my year with a full set of teeth, eating whatever I liked when I liked and that the feeling of joy is as strong today as it was when I had the photo taken at the end of my treatment. Positively no regrets! So why SODC? It started with my wife having a single implant here in the UK costing around £2,000. At the same time my history of needing constant dental work had left me with a lot of gaps and little to 'bite' with. On seeking advice I was told I needed at least 8 implants at a cost of £2,000 each - ouch! I could not afford this level of cost so having heard that there were specialist centres in Hungary I began my search on the internet and contacted two such centres, SODC in Budapest and C-Vitamin Clinic elsewhere in Hungary. To each I sent an OPG (costing about £70) by email together with a request for their advice as to how they might help. Their responses as to possible treatment and costings were surprisingly similar which gave me the confidence to take matters further. I chose SODC because of their location in Budapest and ease of flights. The rest was relatively easy due to the friendly help provided by all at SODC starting with the free consultation right through to the finish of the treatment programme. It is important to make clear that at no time was pressure applied to have any particular treatment; everything was fully discussed; options and costings made clear, and the final decision left to me. I decided to have 6 extractions followed by 2 implants (after bone augmentation to broaden the jaw bone), a 'fixed' lower denture (which 'clips' into place but is easily removed for cleaning), 2 bridges and the remaining teeth ground down and capped to give a totally new look to my smile as well as usable teeth to bite! It was perhaps fortunate that I have no fear of undergoing dental work although having said that everyone at SODC goes to great lengths to make you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible at all times. So, if you are one of the many people who simply hate visiting the dentist I would urge you not to be put off, give SODC a try and focus on the resulting benefits from treatment to see you through the programme. Note: My treatment programme was a long one because the bone augmentation requires 9 months to pass before the implants can be inserted. Without this the programme would have been much shorter and more straightforward. I hope you find this review of my experience at SODC useful. If you are considering having dental treatment involving more than just one implant I recommend that you get in touch with them and arrange for a free consultation at the end of which you can decide whether or not to proceed with an agreed treatment programme as well as the cost which will be fixed in GBP. As an incentive 'to take the first step' they offer a refund of the cost of your first return flight at the end of an agreed treatment plan.

Brilliant can't speak higher of this place my 4th visit and I am all done got my smile back they look after you from plane to hotel to appointments and back administration is spot on look after you every step of the way plus very nice city to visit I am so pleased I did my reasurch and was not disappointed

Had full top jaw 4 on 4 about 5 yrs ago. Was over the moon as I’d saved for two years to be able to afford it. Unfortunately now they have failed. Already had one implant removed at£260 now all others are failing so this is just a quick fix and they don’t last. Nice people though !!! Back to where I started. Very disappointed

Absolutely first class from the start to the end. Began with asking what I wanted, and gave me an honest opinion on what was achievable given the problems with my teeth. Trust them 100%. I had Dr Anna who explained everything completely. Her work was first class, and I am very pleased with the results. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

After doing a lot of research back in 2018 for a good Dental Surgery to carry out the procedure of having my damaged teeth removed and implants put in, I decided on the SODC practice after getting my sister who was a Dental nurse to look through the sites with me and we chose your surgery and what a very good choice it was. I was a very nervous person when visiting the dentist in the UK and had been since childhood, I think that was due to having gas extractions and big metal hypodermics (not nice) back in the 60’s but coming to you I wish I knew of you earlier as it would be worth coming to you as my regular dentist from the UK. You have very good, competent, and friendly staff from the Drivers, Receptionists, Dental Assistants to the Surgeons themselves, they all work as one team with you (me) the customer in mind. I was put at ease straight away. It has been a long procedure due to Covid and my wife being very ill (2-year break) getting in the way halfway through, but after 4 years I have finally finished with a great set of teeth that complement my face and have given me back my smile after such a long time having to keep my mouth closed. I can now eat properly again, after so long of not being able to. I had very good patient understanding Dentists starting back in 2018 with Dr Zsofia, as she was on maternity leave on my last visit in November 2022, I had Dr Ana on my final visit. Dr Ana was extremely good at putting me at ease and making my visits over the last 10 days and nearly every day bearable with a few laughs along the way. Everyone there has great English it is hard to figure out if they are English and can speak Hungarian or Hungarian and speak English, they are that good. I have been home 1 day and am looking forward to (Yes Looking forward to) going back for my annual check-up. If you are thinking of going abroad for dental treatment, I could not recommend it highly enough, from having lousy damaged teeth and being a 5’11” and 20 stone (1.80 cm and 127 Kg) ex rugby player and scared witless of going to a Dentist, to having my smile back and eating properly again it is the only place to go. It has given me back tons of self-confidence and have booked into a gym with the intention of getting myself back fit and looking as good as my smile makes me feel. I have been there a year ago to do my dental implants and the service was great, the clinic is very clean, equipment up to date and a high quality customer service. I have not had an issue with my implants and they have a great follow up. Affordable prices compare to the UK or France. I recommend.

I have come here three times for restoration treatments and all three times have exceeded my expectations. These guys are really friendly and make you feel at home. I trust Dr Anna and I really feel she goes out of her way to make sure she does an excellent job and she takes pride in her work, she has always asked to make sure if im okay and that really does put me at ease, I’m really glad I found these guys, and I will be continuing to use them for many more years to come. I visited SODC and Dr Anna from the UK, for a week in Nov 2023. I'm 58 years old and my teeth were in a real mess (combination of gaps/decay/non-matching crowns/couple of false teeth etc etc), due to mainly neglect and the UK prohibitive costs. I've always been terrified of dentists, but SODC came highly recommended, so booked with them. Bob was my initial co-ordinator, who was really helpful and efficient, returning every email within minutes. Flights were booked (for in 5 weeks time). No going back now. Gulp... I was to have, 1 extraction, the remaining teeth filed down, and 2 new full arched porcelain bridges fitted (26 teeth). From the pick up from the airport, to the final meeting, it could not have gone better. Dr Anna is amazing. Especially, if you're very nervous like me. She explained everything at all times and did so well at keeping me sane! The whole staff, from the reception to the Xray/surgery staff, were so helpful and efficient. The final result is amazing. I could not be happier with my new teeth. I'm not going to lie, there were times when it wasn't easy this last week, but I couldn't have been in better hands, which made it so less stressful. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of doing what I did. Especially Dr Anna (think I proposed to her at the end !!😁). I know.. . The biggest problem is, I haven't stopped smiling since. 👍 Thank you once again.

First class experience at a world class dental centre. I had extensive work over three visits and everything went like clockwork, from the information provided pre-visit, the free pick ups from the airport to hotel, hotel to clinic etc., through to the appointments that were always on time. The most important thing, the quality of the work I received, is close to perfection. I had the opportunity to speak to other clients while I was there and there's a consensus that everyone was more than happy with the service that they were receiving. Everything in regard to this Hungarian dental clinic has my total admiration. All the staff are committed to giving total care and satisfaction. World class well equipped dental surgery. Well trained and very experienced dentists. Well worth travelling to Budapest for treatment. In fact in my case being a new patient my return flight was paid for by the practice. Free airport pick up and transport. airport-hotel-clinic. Even including the travel and hotel the cost savings are substantial. For any dental treatment whatsoever it’s worth visiting Budapest for. The quality and scope of workmanship and the huge difference in price make it completely worth the trip. As a bonus Budapest is a fascinating place to visit. ps My U.K. dentist made no suggestion of a dental bridge in fact seemed very poorly equipped to handle that anyway, for example no 360 degree X-ray was in his practice. His solution was of an implant, usually a half year project and double the cost. My bridge was completed in just a 7 day visit and is fantastic.

Super customer friendly staff with nice atmosphere and professional dentists.

My experience at SODC has been fantastic. My front four teeth failed due to root resorption so it was quite a big problem to fix and I'm so ecstatic to finally have it resolved. My zirconium bridge looks absolutely perfect, I couldn't have imagined it any better aesthetically. I paid a quarter at SODC of what my UK clinic was quoting me so of course it made perfect sense for me to travel to beautiful Budapest. Like a lot of people, going to the dentist is not my favourite activity, but my dentist Ana was such a pro that I had total confidence in her and I felt in very safe hands. She also was understanding about how afraid I was when invasive drilling and grinding was underway. I would 100% recommend this clinic and I will be coming back for checkups and for more teeth when/if my bottom teeth resorb further. I also found Bob, who was my initial point of contact super helpful, answering any questions or worries I had about the procedure and travel. Dora too has been very helpful with my questions pertaining to my aftercare. Five stars *****

I was anxious about visiting a new dentist and I was very afraid of being told I'd need several unnecessary procedures. I came to Hungary on vacation and suffered a tooth problem whilst abroad, I found this dentist on Google and I greatly feared visiting a dentist abroad. My experience here was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and respectful. They analysed my x-ray with me so I understood everything in detail. I didn't need any procedures thankfully but I'm relieved to have found a safe and supportive dentist that didn't push unnecessary procedures on me. I would highly recommend this dentist.

I visited SODC in January for my initial consultation and had two of my front teeth removed in preparation for my 2nd visit when I had a bridge of 3 teeth fitted and 4 porcelain crowns so 7 teeth in total. I can say with total honesty that in addition to the huge cost savings I've made compared to UK prices, the level of care from all staff members and in particular the expertise of my dentist Andrea and her dental assistant Anna was absolutely superb. I would definitely recommend SODC to anyone who needs their teeth sorting out

my wife , Hawa Farah had done 2 implants on 24/5/2019. Save on dental care is the best, the service was 100%. Dr Andrea give us great care and did perfect job. all the staff: receptionist, drivers were very friendly and caring. I will recomend any one who needs dental job to contact SODC. iF I need dental work in future for my self, I will come straight away to SODC. it was also very intresting to learn the History of Hungarian Empire/Kingdom

I have been to the clinic on three occasions now and I have been well looked after each time. All the staff here are excellent. I have my final trip planned for December - can't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely delighted with this clinic. Everyone is so nice and very professional. My husband and I both had our teeth done here by Dr Anna, she is amazing and explained everything that she was going do to us at each appointment. I have always been terrified of the dentist but have no fear whatsoever of going to sodc.

What can i say about SODC other than they are absolutely first class. The level of care their professionalism is amazing. I have one final treatment in September and can't wait to go back. Anybody thinking about coming here will be making the best choice.

Very nice job! I am thankful! I can only recommend this Dental Clinic to everyone with a pure heart! For a long time, I puzzled over what would be the solution to replace my teeth without having to break the adjacent healthy teeth. This caused a big headache for years. Then, with the intention of helping a "mother", I accompanied my child to your clinic. I thought it was a brilliant opportunity to I would also like to ask for a survey. It was then that I first came into contact with Dr. Hagen, who, after taking an X-ray, gave his opinion, which was the hopeful solution for me. To be honest, I have never been afraid of dentistry. Since this was a completely new intervention, it seemed a little scary, I immediately started to worry, I had no idea how this surgery was going to be. A lot of questions arose in this regard, accompanied by a great deal of anxiety. When the time came to make the first appointment, Áron answered my email with incredible kindness and patience. From then on, he became my helper and advisor. I was very happy to get answers to all my questions. We spoke on the phone several times until I ran out of questions, and the worry and anxiety disappeared. He explained every detail with amazing patience, which put me completely at ease. If necessary, he said the same thing several times... I have no doubt that I have come to the right place! I bravely faced this challenge! I was really looking forward to starting the intervention! My first appointment was with Dr. Juhász, he kindly explained the process of the operation, and in a very short time, I was already through the 4 screw implantations, which testified to his great expertise! I could hardly believe that that was all! It was also incredible that there was no need for pain relief for the next few days! After 6 months, the treatment continued with Dr. Hagen and his assistant Betti, who was a perfect assistant to the Doctor. They were able to work together very well, which was also reassuring for me. Before each appointment in Budapest, I had the tartar removed here in England in order to help the Doctor's work. To my great disappointment, here in England I canceled my appointment for cleaning,/3 weeks before/which I had already booked half a year ago. Since I had no chance of getting another appointment in this short period of time, I wrote to Àron, who fixed my problem and made an appointment with the very kind dental hygienist Regina. To whom I would like to thank you very much for your spectacular work! Apart from the recovery period, my new smile was ready in a couple of days! I am incredibly happy! A huge dream of mine has come true! On this occasion, we would also like to thank the helpful reception ladies who, with a few kind words and a smile, were able to solve the tension of the waiting people very well! Last, but not least, I would like to mention the tireless Mr. Sofőr. I thank them for everything! According to Szemèly, I came into contact with László, he was the one who regularly drove. All in all, I had a very good experience at the S.O.D.C Dental Clinic! I will take every opportunity to recommend your clinic! Huge respect to the team working there!
