I visited vallet View Grand on 9th and 10th Sept . beleive me evey thing other than location is below average at this place. service is not at all worth 3 star rating. below are the few points which made my stay unpleasant.would like to highlight those. 1. At check in the guy was reluctant to show the other rooms which were already available only after insisting he showed the other room. 2. balcony was not clean,it got cleaned after asking to do so. 3.WIFI which is a basic need was not available , it was only available at reception for there convenience to swip the card. 4.Dinner time was 8.00 to 10.00 pm how ever it's was not available @8.00, only after insisting we got it at arround 8.15, food quality was also very average with limited options starters were served only after half the dinner was finished.even the paper napkins were not kept on the dining table the paper Napkin holders were empty all the time. 5. Even the breakfast was served late almost by 45 mins. 6.when tried to reach out manager just to provide this feedback he was not bothered to talk, he simply ignored us. I would suggest to think twice before spending your hard earned money on this resort.

I visited this place for the first time when I was about 8-9 years old (which was 20 years ago!) and since then whenever I've had the chance to come here, whether for a stay or just for a quick lunch.. I've never wasted that. I've brought my best friend (about 6 years ago) and recently my in laws (last week) to this place and literally everyone has loved it!! The food is great, the approach road is simple and easy to follow, the premises are peaceful and the location is just MAGICAL!! I'll keep coming here forever..

Hi, I have booked rooms at the Valley View Grand Panhala in the month of September. The booking process has been extremely smooth and timely. front office staff Mr Ganesh Patil and Mr Prashant made it extremely easy for us to book for our family group. I am extremely happy with their quick response and am looking forward to an equally amazing stay in September. I will update the review on the stay in September.

Whoa, I would think twice before using words like "Character" and "Slyly" especially on a public platform. We were specifically told by Mr Naik to wait so that someone would show us the room. This was after it was well understood by him that we had our dog with us. There was no confusion whatsoever. Instead of getting personal against reviewers on Google and protecting the unprofessionalism of your staff, why don't you pay them well and increase their strength. This will help their morale and they will be more hospitable, which is non-negotiable in this industry. The owner's attitude of arrogance and complacency clearly reflects in their staff's behaviour.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Valley View Grand Resort and I must say that it was an amazing experience. The resort is located in a serene and picturesque location with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms and cottages at the resort are spacious, well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the buffet which had a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Overall, I had an amazing time at Valley View Grand Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. The resort's location, staff, facilities and services are all top-notch and will make your stay a memorable one.

worst service. guests are not treated well. waiters are arrogant. waiters do not listen to their management. ---- Hotel visited Time 7:50 pm, 3rd Feb 2024 Extending my previous review to owners response. I just visited your restaurant and we were seated on the table and asked for dinner. We were told by one of your waiter that they cant serve us dinner and asked is to leave. In entire dining area, only one family was having dinner at that time. There was no rush and even then we were told that they cant serve us dinner. Then we went to management with this issue. Management went to kitchen and then they started fighting with waiters inside kitchen. Finally, the issue did not get resolved between staff and so we left. If you cant serve dinner then you should tell people that restaurant is closed before people park their cars and seat on the table. Dont disrespect people by asking them to leave for some silly reason. *I am still in Panhala, having dinner at another Hotel. If you think I never visited your hotel and this review might be fake then I can come back to meet you.

Hospitality is very bad, they don’t have minimum courtesy of holding few umbrellas, we where 12 people booked 6 rooms , it was raining two complete days, when we got into the resort it was raining in the evening at around ,6 pm, no one bothe to get an umbrella to us, when questioned they say not available, inspite of regular climatic conditions.

Excellent valley view from rooms. Pleasant climate with mist makes our vacation stay enjoyable. Rooms are pretty decent and food is also light and palatable.

The only good thing is location. Service is worst. Food quality is totally bad. The high rates are not at all justified. Avoid this.

I stayed in this resort between 8 th and 10 th September . It was raining on 8 th and 9 th September. The staff couldn’t provide umbrella to go to our Villa . We were soaked. No Internet in rooms. Complimentary breakfast and dinner were very minimal. We tried to order extras during breakfast but they said there was no cook. We ordered starters during dinner but they came very late after we finished dinner. Food service is very slow.Lot of power fluctuations too.Overall.. great location but poor service

I’m sharing my experience (even though we were denied a room and never got to stay at the hotel) purely because of the way Mr Naik, the Manager handled the situation. We were travelling with our small dog and were informed of the hotel’s no pet policy. However, when I requested Mr Naik that the dog is really small and no trouble at all, he took out the tariff card and informed me that there was only one cottage available and the rate would be 11000 including dinner and breakfast for 3 guests. We agreed immediately and were told that someone would come with the keys to show us the villa room. After a long wait the receptionist arrived and started the formalities for check in. Meanwhile, there was a lady also looking for a room who was told that the only available room was already booked by us. All this happened while the dog was by my side visible to everyone. All of a sudden the receptionist said that pets were not allowed on the property to which I clarified that the issue was already settled with Mr Naik, the Manager an hour ago while he, the receptionist was being awaited. Receptionist asked me to again confirm with the Manager who expressed his inability to help if the receptionist was not agreeing. They were okay with the dog as long as they were able to sell the room, but once they had another inquiry, they did a U turn. An hour was wasted and we had to leave. They were within their rights to refuse us but I found this behaviour a bit strange and unsavoury, given the wonderful description of the hotel by our guide who led us there. A little intrigued, I later went through some of their reviews on Google which helped put things in perspective. In the end, although we had to endure a night long drive back to Pune, it turned out to be a blessing in hindsight. A fantastic location marred by the callous attitude of poorly trained staff. Glad we were spared the ordeal of being at the receiving end of their service or lack of it.
