I just went in to order through drive thru and got my order wrong I had Dave's burger missing the patty and I asked for a plain Dave and got a cheeseburger and I had a lady that hand my food really rude and also didn't want to give us one ranch after we ordered three different meals she said she had to charge me for it and when I asked her where does that say you need to charge and said sorry we just do really rude when I asked her name was shawndraw and didn't have a name tag so wasn't sure if that was her name. She was really rude and didn't have any good customer service training at all. She was a the big girl with thick eyeliner with a black face mask on and a black sweater on. Tried calling the store to complain, but doesn't answer at all so the store seems unprofessional as well. And I went in the after around 5:30p.m. so that's time the staff was unprofessional.

The service was super slow, and the food was disgusting there were rat bites all over all the chicken nuggets and the french fries were burnt. It was disgusting all around $10 wasted I had to throw the food away.Would you eat food with rat bites in it. There were no straws or napkins. They need to close this Wendy's down.

The food was typical Wendy’s food. They messed up the order a couple times, but did fix it. There were multiple people just walking around the front of the restaurant asking for money. Not a great atmosphere to just sit down for a bite.

My family and I visited here. I must be counted more than 5 flies when we sat down to eat. I didn't enjoy the meal and to be honest I didn't eat all, if I ate anything must be fries not much. Wendy's you all need to clean this place up, the tables need to be wiped down.

Always fast and always tastes amazing! Not sure why others have had such bad experiences but we always go late night probably once a week. The frosty's are the best and Daves singles are the way to go with a potato, but their sea salt fries are bomb too and always hot and fresh.

Come on Wendy's you need to do better. The cashier was amazing but the manager here has a jacked up attitude. Before we were even done ordering... they were already putting food on trays for us. So obviously food isn't cooked to order. Which explains the dry old looking food. The lettuce on my sandwich was the core of the lettuce. Fries were barely warm. Come on now

I guess I have a soft spot for filet fish sandwiches and as far as drive thru restaurants are concerned I'll rate the Wendy's offering as the best that I have tried. Only downside is it's a seasonal offering for lent (just like most of the other grab and go spots). So order one up while you can.

Sure miss Dave commercials. Nice guy. Great fast food. He was a genious...too bad Californian customers are so rude and completely annoying...employees deserve much better treatment. Serious homeless problem in Cali...it makes it difficult to maintain a respectable restaurant out there

This is the worst Wendy's ever for customer service, two young Hispanic girls worst attitude ever, I ordered the $5 biggie bag they charged me $6 and I was missing my 4 pcs nuggets, I ordered chili and they forgot the cheese and sour cream, I called as soon as I got home 3 times they will not answer the phone what a shame because Wendy's has good food but all I will remember is the two girls with the worst attitude and terrible service. I asked the order taker if he could make me a fresh double cheeseburger I told him I would wait he didn't even listen to me I'm getting my drink and nexting you I know my burger is ready I know when Burger patties are fresh they are juicy when they're not fresh they are not juicy they do not taste good to me in your commercials you guys say that you're hamburger patties are fresh and juicy they are not they are dry and pre-made already I will not be coming back here again to get a burger I'll go to Paul's Burger get a fresh patty

I came here about a week ago. I was helped by a very friendly employee named Tina. She was very attentive and treated me so nice. She was the only worker there who even interacted with me at all! The food was pretty good, but her customer service was what made the experience one to write about! Very clean place, and enjoyed the AC.

went through the drive through around 11pm. guy was super nice even though we changed our order twice. Just wanted to shout him out cause fast food workers can be rude for little things like this

Victor is a very rude manager with zero customer service skills, he didn't let my kids use the restroom, even though the restaurant wasn't even closed yet, not even about to close, if he doesn't want paying customers to use the restroom he should let them know before they pay for the food.
