Dont bother if your an early riser. Labeled as opened 24/7 but they shut their system off for a few hours in the mornings and unable to take any orders. They should stop advertising as 24/7.

I am disgusted yet again with this particular Jack in the box . Its very sad when you are hungry and order food get home look at your order to see the meal in this condition . I will be contacting their corporate office. This is not the only time an order of mine has been ruined. Never again will i come here ..

I’m basing this SOLEY on the employees who served me. This is the first time at this location for me and when I got to the window I politely asked them if they charge for every sauce. Juan said yes they do. I replied asking if it’s just this specific store or nation wide policy now because the other one near my house give 1 for free and charges the rest. (Which , mind you, I have no problem paying for sauce, I just wanted clarification and asked very nicely. ) He replied with the same answer that every sauce is charged and I replied ok. His coworker Miguel then proceeds to walk over and ask him what I asked. They turn from me and then begin making fun of the fact I asked that question, laughing loudly. Miguel then asks what Juan answered me and he told him, to which they FIST BUMPED over the fact that I was getting charged. I didn’t tell them I noticed the fact they were blatantly making fun of me and as I was handed my food just quietly asked for Miguel’s name since he had on street clothes. (Juan had on his name tag) I won’t be coming back to this location and if you want to be treated with dignity and respect, like I showed these two young men, then I suggest going to ANOTHER store. Very unprofessional, uncalled for and embarrassing. Train your employees to represent the store that they are working for respectfully instead of bullying customers for their own entertainment. Very sad/disheartening to see young men acting like that.

This place is an unrealized miracle of Capitalism. Inexpensive, fast , with some pretty good quality stuff. But the amazing thing is that they deliver a myriad of selections, from Mexican to American to Pitas and teriyaki bowls, all prepared from the time you order to the time you drive up to the window thirty yards away. It's phenomenal! The Fajita Pita is included in the P90X diet and the extreme sausage sandwich is a huge delicious breakfast all by itself. And for those squeezed for cash the tacos and chicken sandwiches are the best value around.

We were the only customers in the restaurant and the drive thru, it was like that for quite some time, however, no one bothered to come and mop the floors from an old spill that and had dried and was dirty, it was however, marked with caution cones (not sure why, since it was dry). It had been a while since we'd visited a Jack in the box and, most likely, the last one. Chicken patty was as greasy and somewhat overcooked, same with the chicken nuggets from the kids meal.

I ordered a fish burger combo I notified to the teller just one slide cheese and also I requested medium size they give me big size I passed but when they give me my order I seen they give me two cheese slices I passed too but I don't pass is when I go to the teller and I asked for ranch dressing for my fish and they want to charge me 75 cents omg later they will charge for package of ketchup too is ridiculous the combo cost me @ 12 bucks isn't fair

The service here was much better a year ago. I'll find somewhere else to go when I am in the Long Beach area Tuesday evenings.

People are always rude. They never get the order right and they make u feel bad for showing up. Worst jack in the box you'll have better luck buying crack.

For sure they are doing the good for the best of God's kingdom..this place is good to eat..those kids are doing a great job..corporate should be proud of them.

I am in the hotel not even 2 min away, this location is said to be 24hrs so I walk over to purchase a drink. They tell me I can’t order while still taking a drive thru order they told me maybe go to Starbucks. They were also not at all friendly.

I can only base this review on the tacos I got from here while passing through town. It was fresh and tasty. Drive through was fast.
