Update-yeah not coming back, they gave me two chicken sandwiches when I asked for a jumbo jack, didnt out sausage in my breakfast Jack's, and for some reason they've never had vanilla for iced coffees when it's listed on the menu. Sure it's one or two things wrong because new server, but I can only handle so much in one order. Usually get good service, though one out of 5 times with drive thru, the person manning it gets it wrong, or misheard what your telling them, on Sunday. So just a heads up on that, check your food, or just go inside.

By far the rudest and slowest when it comes to door dash. the hospitality of the restaurant is to ward of those who are not familiar to the workers and to be expectational rude to those who utilize outside companies like door dash. I have waited over an hour and the manager in charge makes me wait with rude remarks and maybe due to my skin color and race. I expect when I spend my money to be treated with fair and expedient costumer service. this is not a personal home where you tell paying customers not our kitchen or even to await.....

Love my jumbo Jack combo specially if I don’t want fries, I could substitute with a small salad and vinaigrette dressing love it.

Got a oreo shake and found something inside the shake as I was trying to enjoy it. A peice of plastic or wax and it was very upsetting since I lost my appetite once I got it in my mouth. Please try and check cups and machines before making customer orders.

I came in here to grab some breakfast before work even though Olivia was super busy she went out of her way to make sure I was taking care of with a big smile on her face I can see why she is the manger positive attitude and great customer service I'll definitely be coming back to this location! I have gone here a few times and every single time I have gone in I have had really great customer service very friendly and clean place. Totally recommend this place one of the few places that have great management and crew of course. Thank you all for your great and hard work. 🙏

They keep it moving here, the drive thru is pretty on point unless someone is ordering like their at Tony Roma's. The mic is calibrated right also.

The most unsanitary restaurant in buena park please do not eat anything at this restaurant, there were flying bugs on our order, and and fly's un healthy and unsanitary, not good for the digestive stomach, so please go to another location,this was my own personal random visit,this location staff was in complete denial and very rude to me,jimiblingbling Google maps reviewer 16M
