Fabulous location for an IHOP. The food is good and is prepared the same at all the locations. I have two major complaints! One is they allow homeless people in their bathrooms and to wander around the restaurant. I'm sorry but when I'm sitting down to pay $40 for a breakfast I could make at home for $10 I do not expect the smell of urine walking by me and the bathrooms to be soiled. My second complaint is that I ordered a lemonade drink and it looked like water but cost me $6.00. No refills. Our service was good and there was no wait to be seated. #LOCALGUIDES

We were so hungry after full day in the park that we thought just fried chicken mac&cheese won’t be enough for us and we took a burrito as well. But the food was soo good and the portions so big we took burrito for a late snack. Also, it’s really cold that you can choose pancakes or to have a breakfast Maniu even for dinner or lunch. Highly recommend this cute, small place with really friendly stuff. :)

I went for breakfast this morning after visit other location few years ago. Food was good but Hispanic old lady server was not friendly. I am not sure that I will revisit this place or not.

Wow! I will never go back. Poor customer service and the food cold and salty. We were on our way to Disneyland and made a quick stop. We needed to keep asking for drinks, napkins, and utensils. Poor poor service.

Being a Sunday, we didn't have to wait long for a table. That's good. We received great service and hot fresh food. In all it was a good visit.

2 years ago I wrote a 5-star review. I'm not sure what happened between now and then but I am very disappointed. My coffee mug had lipstick on it and it wasn't mine. It wasn't clean inside. I ordered a bowl but was served a burrito. $6 for orange juice is a bit much and for 2 people before a tip was $56. The food wasn't that great for that much money. There were only 3 other guests at the time and saw our waitress once. I had to get my to-go box from the cook who seemed like he didn't want to give it to me. Then had to ask for the lid separately

Went on a Friday morning and there was no wait. The service was fantastic. The food was great. Everything was perfect! Thank you for the great experience.

From when I got there the staff was super friendly. The manager Jose was nice and greeted us with a smile. They were very fast to tend to my party and I. Good breakfast, but terribly overpriced. The eggs benedict was $16.99, that's reasonable. A glass of OJ (not fresh squeezed) was $5.99, that's overpriced. But the real shocker was the side of French toast. It's a single slice of bread - Texas toast or something similar. It was $8.28 for one piece of French toast....thats not overpriced, that's highway robbery!

Smaller location with less room more like a all night dinner used to be. The food is more limited due the limited size of the kitchen but everything that we ate tasted just the same as any other location. Would visit again.

Man.... the food at this IHOP sucks. My expectations when coming here are already not high, but they really didn't care about the quality at all. Never coming back. The waiter was friendly and attentive so not blaming him at all. The cooks suck. (At 9:00pm on a Friday night 8/25/23)
