    Great experience working out at this gym. The owner and trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. My trainer, Jayden is always positive and encouraging, definitely pushed me every session so that I could get closer to my goals. If you are curious about weight training, A1 Fitness will help guide you!

    This was my first PT experience as I’ve always hesitated from personal training and preferred doing my own exercises or going to group classes. However, coming to A1 Fitness has changed my perspective on PT. My trainer Jayden is very professional and encouraging! Knowing that I’m a new mom in my postpartum, he’s very mindful of the workouts and meal plans and rather than pushing me to do things I’m realistically not going to be able to at this time considering all factors, he encourages and motivates me to do what I can! I would highly recommend A1 Fitness!

    Since I have back pain because my lifestyle, I really worried to work out myself. Thus, I decided to have a personal trainer, and Sam is the best trainer I ever have! My first trainer a few years ago from other gym, I had really hard time because he really didn’t care my body condition. But Sam is different. He cares my condition daily and make me work out base on that. I think he has knowledge about the body well. So what I want to say is, Sam you are really good trainer! 👍 Facilities are also pretty good. So, I really recommend this fitness and Sam to people who want to train suitable for their physical condition.

    One month ago I started exercising with Danny as my trainer. Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Danny I knew that he was the perfect coach for me. He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. After one short month I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with his continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.

    If you're thinking about it, this is your sign to just sign up! I've never done weight training and was very nervous/intimidated but my trainer (danny) has been so great. He's patient, knowledgeable and adapts to my body type and condition. He also helps meal plan so I can stay on track with my goals. He pushes me to my limit at each session but also makes it fun because he's so funny. From what I see each time I go, all the trainers seem great so you can't go wrong with any of them. Highly recommend this place!

    I rarely leave reviews but truly blessed to have found A1 Fitness and trainer Jayden. The facility is well-kept, clean, and the trainers are all friendly and welcoming. With trainer Jayden's knowledgeable and customized exercises, he monitors my weight and meals everyday, and has been keeping me in place to live a more healthy lifestyle. Very minor downside side is that the gym is next to restaurants where you might get a small whiff bbq and fried chicken, BUT don't worry you will forget the yummy smell in no time. Overall A1 Fitness is highly recommended for anyone who is interested in personal training and weight-lifting!

    No matter where you are at with your fitness journey, A1 Fitness is THE place for you if you're looking for personal training. I am the type of person that struggles find motivation and momentum when it comes to working out. With a stressful job that consumes most of my time and energy, working out is the last on my list. Until....I started at A1 fitness. Working with Jayden at A1 Fitness changed my entire outlook on fitness. I look forward to our sessions and get really excited to go. He listened to my goals, current lifestyle, habits etc. and created a personalized plan for me -- not during our sessions but also outside of it. We check in daily regarding my diet and exercise even on the days off. We communicate and adjust as we go, and he meets me at my level while pushing me in a way that makes me feel motivated. During the session Jayden has been really great at making sure I am learning and getting stronger with proper form. Jayden has been increasing my capacity/limit without injuries -- which as a beginner I really appreciate. He will correct me and provide lots of tips in a way I can understand. There were some lifts/machines I have done in the past alone that gave me pain (the type that you don't want) but Jayden was able to correct my form as well. I feel like I have really started to develop what people call a "muscle to mind connection". Besides getting generally fit and lose some weight, I am really interested in learning how to properly lift (and lift heavier) so that has been fantastic. A1 fitness is located in a convenient place close to freeways, and have ample parking. The facility itself is clean, modern, inviting, well-kept, with a range of new equipment to use. The staff/coaches are all very welcoming with great vibes and are all professional and knowledgeable. I feel like this place really cares about your fitness journey as a whole.     I started training session here because my friends highly recommended this place. They lost a lot of weights but my goal was gaining muscles. It has been a few months since I started and I already see and feel differences. I am very satisfied! All the trainers are always welcoming and nice. My trainer is Mr. Chae, he is very good! Thank you 😊

    I highly recommend Danny in A1 Fitness to anyone looking for PT program. I have been working with Danny for about an year and improved so much. Danny cares about each client, identifies improvement area like imbalances or weak area and helps to improve. Danny is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and he takes the time to get to know your individual needs and goals. He is also very motivating and encouraging, and he always makes sure that you are comfortable but challenge you during your workouts. In addition to the great PT program, A1 fitness also has new and clean equipments! If you are looking for a great way to improve your fitness, I highly recommend working with Danny and A1 Fitness!

    I have to say it’s been an amazing experience for me. The motivation they give you is exceptional. Jayden, my trainer always encourage and cheer me on to reach to my goal. The gym is private and limited to only PT clients so no waiting, no one to crowd you. A great place for beginners too! Highly recommend coming to this fitness.

    Loved the training experience! My friend and I enjoyed working out with Jayden very much. He is a knowledgeable and experienced trainer, and I'm already seeing the results! I appreciate his ability to mix things up and keep it fresh. His guidance and support are exactly what I need to help me tone up and lose a little weight. Thank you!

    He said he first received PT for diet purposes. Thanks to coach jayden, I have lost weight, my body has become much lighter, and I have gained a lot of strength that I didn't have before. I highly recommend it
