Absolutely disgusting place. From outside to the carelessness of the employees. Went to this place to get my wife and daughter lunch at this location. Was asked to park and wait for the food, so after having to wait 10 minutes I never got our food. I saw an employee hand the car that was behind me in line their food because they were also asked to park. The young man looked at me as if i was bothering him. He went inside and finally found my order. So when I got home and looked, this is what we received. They forgot to remove the paper wrapper from the frozen patty and still cooked it still plated it and still put cheese and everything on top of it. Old stale double cooked fries also. Wondering what else is wrong with this place or they don't pay attention to. Never again for me.

Very unique MC Donald's. Mind-blowing 🤯I would say. I really thought the whole broken down McDonald's sign was done purposely. It's so broken down it's unbelievable 😳. As soon as you walk inside to your right you'll see an arcade! Yes you read that right. An old creepy broken dark arcade room. There's even a TV 📺 in the dining room. There's also a section where you can sit and eat your food as you watch a train 🚂 go around above you or right in front of you behind glass. Pretty cool 😎 but awkward at the same time. The restroom 🚻 needed to be cleaned. I went around 6pm or so. I was helped right away by very welcoming staff. All were really nice and professional. I didn't have to wait long to get my food. They forgot my fries🍟 but fixed it right away by giving me my fries and a coupon for free dessert😀. Staff are so busy helping customers they don't keep the place clean. Homeless feel welcome to linger around because the place is really old. This McDonald's is a disrespect to the chain. How is it still operating?!

This was a very interesting McDonald’s. To be honest we thought we were at the wrong place when we first walked in. It looks like an old house from back in the day. There is an arcade that has been shut down inside. There were also train tracks with a train running around the ceiling and in the middle of the room in a case. There was a lot of seating and it was a bit busy. The food came out in a timely matter. They were offering the purple monsters birthday meal with a shake and that was pretty good.

Restaurant was ok, food was cold or at least not as warm as usual, I asked front counter employee about it and was told the could warm it up for me, I politely declined what I assume was an invitation to use the microwave on my burger and fries. I felt they could have easily apologized and just handed me a new burger and fries, after all I had only taken one bite out of the burger and had maybe 4 fries from the order. But that wasn't offered. Staff was polite but very focused on talking about last night's events with friends instead of customers.

Worse place to come after 10 pm. Doing Uber eats and they don't have a pick up at door like other Mc Donald's. U have to wait in long line to pick up customers food. Hate this place. Worse service. They should close it down.

While on the surface, this may seem like another average everyday McDonald's. But underneath it all inside this place, it truly is a relic of childlike wonder. Arcade games and claw machines in their own unique room, model trains travelling throughout the main dining area as well as a designated set in the middle of it too, and nostalgic photographs of both the history of Knott's Berry Farm and the mascots of McDonald's past, all culminate into a dining experience that makes you skip the drive thru and sit down in the greatest McDonald's of all time.

Stopped here for a quick bathroom break before getting on the freeway and this place needs some serious attention. The outside is extremely neglected, the walkway around the build needs to be pressure washed and should be done on a weekly basis. The windows were filthy and so dirty that you couldn't even see through them and the inside dinning area was just as bad. Several transients sleeping in the booths and hanging out inside the restaurant making outbursts and creating a very uncomfortable environment for the customers and scaring the children. I wouldn't recommend going here until after they make some serious improvements. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK 😳☠️
