My sourdough star was ❄️ cold And not very tasty or toasted. But it was Thanksgiving so I was not bothered to much happy holidays to all.. And this one guy just was watching me and my family eating as he was eating. Very strange 🤔😲

Great service but the food not so much good. The famous star with cheese I asked for fresh and it supposed to be charbroiled but it looks like it was cooked in boiled water no grill marks and it was medium cold not so much very fresh and the meat is a lot smaller than it used to be lost a lot of its flavor than it used to be and the buns are a lot bigger now total different experience from years prior but cost more get less and less taste. But the onions were really good and fresh so is tomato pickles they changed not much flavor. And the french fries were good but I wish they still had the french fries they had back 30 years ago those were the bomb! The coke was a good mixture of carbonation in soda

Service was fast and friendly, my order came out quick, and the dining room was very clean. One of the nicest and well kept Carl’s that I’ve been too.

The late night service is always consistent I think its because its the same guy working idk but usually a 5 minute wait but the food almost always come out stupid fresh. I can see why there is almost always a line when I come here even past 12 am. Good service recommend.

The service at the 8361 La Palma location is fast and friendly. Connie is beyond friendly and attentive. World class service. Definitely coming back!

Did not include fries with my order today and too pressed for time to go down and complain because I had to go to work. Probably better and cheaper to just buy something at the dollar tree for lunch.
