The managers were very unprofessional on following up on an injury claim I requested after my son fell into the bottom of an air jumper and cut his arm on a metal rod that was sticking out on his way down. They denied my claim request and said another manager would call me and they never did I don’t want to waste my time here anymore so the next step is reaching out to corporate. Another thing there’s no AC in there it’s very dangerous. No supervision because all of the teen girls are so busy chatting it up. Not sure who is doing the hiring but they’re doing a terrible horrible job.

Went here to celebrate my grandsons birthday everyone had so much fun jumping and running around great exercise they have all kinds of food pizza juice and sodas. The staff was very helpful and friendly

I recently had my 6 year old 's birth party here, and it was wonderful! All the kids had a great time jumping. They have many different activities for small and big kids, including a mechanical bull, dodge ball and rock climbing wall. The pizza and wings were very good, they provide plates, napkins, forks, candles, cake cutter and table clothes. You can bring your own decoration and cake. I'm so glad I had my son's party there. Staff were very well organized and friendly. Great team!

We’ve celebrated both our kids birthdays at Big Air, and they both have said it was the best time ever! Their employees are extremely kind and helpful. Everything was done on time and in a timely manner. It’s always “the best day ever” when we go to Big Air!

I planned the Cosmic Birthday party for my 10 year old here. It was our first time (and many of our guest first time ) to a trampoline park but it was a convenient location and price for me so I booked it without ever being here. They're very good with communication through email and phone. I was completely blown away with how helpful and generous Big Air is. They have a cart to help carry all your party supplies and a very outstanding host (I forgot her name). They provided all the utensils, plates, cups, napkins and more. The food was very good and they helped with some accommodations we needed last minute. They even helped me cut the cake! We had a somewhat private area for our party with plenty of space. There is so much to do here for kids of all ages. My whole experience was stress free once I entered those doors. Everyone had so much fun and we will definitely book here again.

Its a wonderful Trampoline park with lots of variation which kids will love. The staff the whole place is fun plus lockers for personal belongings...baby friendly also but check for the hours on the website but overall cool place. I enjoyed myslef on my first visit big air

$27 + $ of socks. For 90minutes of jumping. That was the cheapest package. Went on a supposedly not too busy night but place was packed. There's no safety entrance, anyone could walk all the way in and no one would notice. The only way employees knew who paid was through a sticker which a lot of jumpers weren't wearing. There's a no outside food sign and a lot of people were having a full on picnic. There was trash everywhere and a lot of chairs were occupied with bottles of water and personal items with no one on sight. It was indeed hot and big fans were placed to kind of help. I would most likely never return.

We were invited to attend a birthday party here. The kids had fun jumping and it was not super crowded. After jumping, the group was gathered and placed in a area to eat. Overall the food and drinks were good but the Sprite drink was flat. The staff was helpful and attentive. I took a star ratting off because the overall sitting area was dirty and/sticky where food was dropped and not cleaned. They should have someone walking around just cleaning especially since I overheard a staff member telling another staff member “I’m bored”….. give him a cleaning rag to help clean??

Pros and cons Pros. Great place for kids. My innocent little ones enjoy this place no matter what. I even get in on the jumping action and it gets my blood pumping! Real a lot of fun! Cons Who’s actually in charge on the floor to ensure rules aren’t being broken and kids are safe? The 15 year old kid that’s on his phone for 6 hours and is just here for a paycheck? Or the guy on the bull ride that’s minding his own business? You literally have grown kids coming in without paying and their shoes on playing in the jumpers. You have 5 kids on the balance beam playing the fighting game. You have 10 kids on the wall climb at once. Wth man Be very careful with your kids. Keep all eyes on them. This is the Wild West here and I’m sure kids are getting hurt every few min here.

I been coming for 2 years to this place lately we had been having a DJ here and they are putting on nothing but inappropriate songs speaking of violence and private part of the human body. This is a children's place not a bar or a adult place.

Best place to take kids in just let them run around wild and let them waste all that energy they be saving it's also really good for older people I loved it I jump and I jump and I climb I got on the bull which took me a few minutes to get on I almost passed out for how much I dump set down a few seconds kept jumping some more really like this place.

This place was a lot of fun! My boyfriend and I went for a work event and had a blast. They have so many different activities to enjoy including a mechanical bull.

Place is ok however it’s really dirty and I wouldn’t recommend buying any drinks they are very flat and taste bad… pizza is not good I would not buy it again.

Fun place for sure, the staff are always on their A game, they're knowledgeable friendly respectful and prompt. They definitely make any and all customers feel like they are the most important person in the room. We love BIG AIR BUENA PARK! This is great for "toddler time" and I would have rated higher but they day we went the AC was busted (in 97° weather) so after jumping around for a short while it became extremely uncomfortable and sweaty and they were out of jumpsocks so my toddler was slipping and falling when on the trampolines without the traction of the grips that the orange socks would have provided. The staff was very friendly and the pricing for beverages were reasonable amount as well. Although I was miserably overheated my toddler powered through & loved it there. We will definitely be returning (hopefully the AC will be working by then)

Attended a private party. The private room was filthy, the floor was sticky and there was food on the floor from a previous party. The hostess was attempting to clean the tables after people were seated for the party. I would never recommend this place for a birthday party

It was cool the jumper area. But they wouldn't serve any food if you didn't have a party. We were starving and thirsty the entire time we were there. They should better on busy days . But kids had fun

This is a really good place for kids of all ages. My kids loved it and it doesn’t smell bad. Pretty fun but don’t go after you’ve just ate. We learned the hard way!

It's a great place for kids to get there energy out! There are designated areas for little ones (my grandson is 3½). Only one complaint is, when it's close to full capacity, it's very humid inside. Doesn't seem like there is air circulating inside. Kids are sweating BIG TIME. But I'm bet they will sleep Good later!

Celebrated my son birthday on a saturday night. Our party host MARKELL did an awesome job through out the time we where there, Very friendly and great customer service. My kids had a blast. My party guest were amazed how well everything went. We loved the service Markell gave us. We will definitely return soon. Thank you MARKELL and BIG AIR for an awesome party hosting service.

I will never again come to this location. The ac was broken and they were out of socks to purchase, they only had the smallest size which luckily my niece has a small foot. Otherwise they told me to go to Walmart. I literally felt like we were cooking in here. My kids said they like the Corona location WAY better.

Kids love the many options to jump and play.. climbing wall, foam pits. Rope Swings, mechanical bull rise, etc.

Great last minute activity for the kids despite the age gap! The girls had a ball made friends and couldn’t stop talking about all the nice people. The DJ even played all the hits so us parents could survive the night.

Visited the place last night along with my 14 month baby girl around 7:30pm, my daughter and I were sitting by the foam pit when suddenly a young man who appeared to be 17-18 came lunging towards me and my daughter!! He seemed to be going through a episode he was definitely disabled, I had my daughter on my right hand holding on to her and the young man shoving me & putting all his weight on me on my left!!! A man accompanied with him then proceeds to grab him. My baby was crying and I was in absolute shock that has never happened to me made me very uncomfortable I tried to brush it off but overall the situation was very alarming because he could’ve punched me or my baby and I didn’t even have a moment to move. If people or kids are visiting with disabilities parents or guardians should be ft away from them at all times , their are so many more kids around that could get hurt and have been because they are unconscious of what they are doing. One of the workers came and ask if I was ok I said “I’m fine” she then said “yeah he didn’t hit her, the guy grabbed him before any of that” trying to downplay the situation. The whole thing was shocking and I hope they really take extra precautions when it comes to people with disabilities.

Great place! No actual area for the 2 and under as all the kids all ages are everywhere. You have to be with them if you don't want a big kid bumping into them. My kids had a blast.

This place use to be a great place for family fun but now the walls the foam squares are old and dirty the wall to Clime are dirty and the people who work there they don't even look out for kids to follow the right so no one will get hurt.

It was great with good quality food and large selection of food dishes to select. With a large playroom of electronic games, it is certainly a winner from children and adults. We are planning to return when we are back in the area. Our whole party of guests enjoyed the variety of things that make a great family outing memorable.

Fun place to bounce around and be a kid again. I took my nephew here before covid and had a blast!

Our host Peter was phenomenal! We had the best experience ever. Even our guests noticed how attentive and great he was. He was on it from the moment we checked in. All of the kids who attended had a great time! The facility was clean and staff was nice. This is my third party here and I’ve always had good experiences. I’m sure I will have more parties here in the future.

The kids love it here, bring them here for a couple hours then feed them. They will sleep like logs guarantee it.

It's a great place for toddlers and kids. There are no signs to get into the place on Sunday morning for toddler time. We wasted time looking around, only if they had a sign or if they pick up the phone calls and tell us about the back entrance it would be a lot easier. My kid had fun, but we had to rush since we wasted 30 minutes looking for the entrance. But overall he had fun inside.

Came here for a birthday party, our first visit. Finding a parking space was a nightmare and so was getting to the trampoline park. Layout of the place is crowded, disorganized with minimal staff supervision. Rules of park are no where to be seen, which does not aid to responsible jumping. Equipment is old and some obstacles in the course are broken. You sign the waiver, you jump at your own risk. A lot of people (children and adults) were jumping irresponsibly and I witnessed 2 kids hurt their ankles because of irresponsible jumpers. This could be prevented with more organization, more staff supervision, better layout of rules. Staff may need better training to do their job well in regards to the SAFETY of jumpers. Yes, you jump at your own risk, but this company needs to do more to keep their customers safe. Stay away from Big Air Trampoline in Buena Park, especially on a busy day/weekends. I will not return and do not recommend this place as it is a safety hazard.

Lots of fun ! Cheap food and lots of different ideas for games from the workers, they do say and advertise you have to watch your own kids so come at your own risk. Definitely one for age 6 plus though.

There was basketball hoops for my teenager... dodgeball for my preteen and various things for younger children... the kids had a ball. The restrooms were very clean... but as a parent...I had to take one star, because the tarps separating the party rooms, the outside round tables and the climbing walls were very dirty. If my preteen could see the dirt... it was dirty. And one star for safety concerns... parents were running around everywhere... check out Chuck-E-Cheeses entrance and exit procedures...

Pretty fun place. This place has 2 basketball hoops where you can dunk on, a bull riding thing, rock climbing, multiple trampolines and foam pits. Definitely good for children's birthday partys. However, everyone has to wear big air's own socks to get in which cost 3 bucks. Oh and also, its easy to accidentally step on children, especially when the place is crowded so yeah.

I had my daughter's birthday party here today and was very disappointed in how unorganized the staff was handling the eating area. They were trying to give me less than what I pre ordered and paid for over the phone. The kids were sitting down and had nothing to eat because pizza was still not ready. They wouldn't bring the gifts until I paid in full the salad I added to my order. They couldn't find the goodie bags and some of her gifts. First and last time having a party here.

My son went last Jan 5 and dropped his Samsung phone. His Aunt reported it on the same but sadly didn't get a helpful service from the team. They just told us that they will have thorough cleaning after 2 weeks and give us a call until now we don't receive any call and I'm trying to call the store almost everyday to check but no one is picking up the calls. The store is far from our place. We will not go back to this place anymore
