I usually like to pop up at a chili's but this one really dropped the ball as far as service is concerned. We started off with the queso dip, and it came out quickly with plenty of chips. No complaints it was delicious. We also started out with some cold beers. My wife got the Sam Adam's Seasonal, and I got the Stone Delicious. Both were cold and tasted clean. We then moved on to the classic "El Niño" margaritas, and something tasted off about it. I'm not sure if the bartender used patron citronage or Grand Marnier, but it didn't taste like other chili's I've visited. I ordered a jalapeno burger with no lettuce or tomato, and it came with both. My wife got the Buffalo sauce on top of the boneless wings, with curly fries. I also ordered my burger with the curly fries, but it came with regular French fries. Honest mistake for the toppings to be on my burger, but the fries shouldn't have been overlooked. By the time the correct curly fries came out, I was done with my burger. Definitely dropped the ball here. Maybe next time I'm passing through I'll give them another try, but for this, I gotta rank it 3 stars..

❌UPDATE❌ Woooo!! Do we love coming here for adult birthday dinners!! Lol okay maybe a little too much. This place I enjoy for adult birthdays because we can have margaritas and the kids can order from cheese pizza to half rack of bbq ribs. This time it was my dad's birthday and obviously the kids decided and okay me too decided to bring him here for dinner. Parking: there's plenty of parking since it's at the Buena Park Mall. Parking close to the restaurant maybe you won't find on busy days like Fridays and weekends. Service: From the host to the server always excellent. Our server Alex was great and she got all of our orders correct and was very attentive checking that we were doing okay. We did special request to sing Happy birthday to my dad, which btw it caught him completely off guard lmbo!! The best face expression! All thanks to Alex and the Chili's crew...thank you all! Food/Drinks: Our food was delicious my son ordered a cheese pizza with fries, he is not a fries kids but he does like the ones from Chili's. I ordered shrimp and steak skillet, my dad ordered the similar just with double shrimp. My mom had half rack of bbq ribs w/chicken strips, fries, texas toast, and cob. My daughter got herself half rack of bbq with fries and coleslaw. Everything was delicious, I personally love the green bell peppers and grilled onions on my skillet and I always put some of my red rice in the bowl of black beans that comes in my order. Yum! Yum! For drinks and I will only call out the adult drinks. We ordered the mango iced tea and strawberry lemonade lol okay lets go to the real adult drinks which were only a couple. The patron margarita, presidente margarita and finished with another patron margarita because my dad liked it was kinda strong lol. For dessert we digged in to his special Molten Chocolate cake lol that cake had no chance against all five of us lol so chocolaty but not super sweet! Just perfect to my sweet tooth :D 1st Review: Went in today for lunch and was greeted right away. We didn’t have to wait to be seated as it was not too busy. Ordered our drinks and food right away. I had the sizzling combo of steak and shrimp, although my steak was a little over done it had very good flavor. My mom ordered half rack house bbq with jalapeño cheddar sausage. The ribs were juicy and tender. No photos were taken, remembered after we were done eating lol. Good customer service and clean as well.

I was here for lunch on a Friday and it wasn’t busy. Service was quick and the staff was very attentive. I enjoyed the nachos and wings appetizers. My wife and I both ordered the Bacon rancher burger and man were they huge. Honestly this burger is shareable if you cut it in half. The burger was delicious. I was disappointed with by drinks. My lemonade tasted watered down and the presidente margarita I ordered came in a small cup. I remember these cups use to be bigger but it’s been a while since in came to a Chili’s.

I’ve been to chilli’s on previous occasions and i have always had a bad experience whether is with the servers attitude or the food. I was invited to this location for the second time and the order took a long time plus our tacos were cold, service was decent but it seemed like their was only one waitress i believe they can improve their overall service including the food and be more attentive when it comes to bringing the food to the table. 😌 Overall the flavor from a scale of 1 through 10 will be an 8 although i like my food hot or at least warm which it wasn’t my case! Hopefully next time we have a better experience.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Chili's Bar and Grill, and it was an experience I wish I could erase from my memory. The ambiance felt like a desperate attempt to combine every tacky decor element imaginable. It's as if they raided a 90s garage sale and threw everything together – from mismatched chairs to bizarre wall art that could induce migraines. The menu was a confusing mishmash of uninspired dishes that left my taste buds questioning their life choices. The "signature" dishes tasted like they were created by someone with a blindfold and a dartboard, resulting in a chaotic blend of flavors that left me questioning why I even bothered. Service was a slow-motion disaster. It seemed like the staff was on a mission to set a new record for the longest wait times, with waiters who appeared more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of the customers. Getting their attention felt like trying to summon a ghost – futile and eerily elusive. To cap off this culinary catastrophe, the prices were absurdly high for the subpar quality served. I've had better meals at gas stations. Save your taste buds and your wallet; Chili's is a dining experience you'll regret from the moment you step inside.

Two stars because my husband liked his steak and potatoes okay. Not much for this vegetarian to choose from so I got the veggie fajitas and, um, not great 😐. Service was slow and our server just could not seem to get her mask up over her chin, ugh. Won't be back 🤷‍♀️

Clean and had great service. I was shocked to realize that Chili's has now become more economical for a family than a trip to Carl's Jr. My last Burger from Carl's rang in at $10.98 (burger only, no combo). With Chilis 3 for $10 , I got a Caesar salad, a full-sized burger with a side of fries, and a soft drink with unlimited refills. It had been years since I had been here but was definitely pleasantly surprised to say the least. Service was quick and on point. We will be back again soon!

My love and I were served by this waiter, Brandon. He was so kind to us! Very considerate, patient, and fast! Very intuitive- knew when my man needed a drink (seriously, he drinks like a camel lol) and I eventually needed another. Tasty food. Great experience, all the way around! Would recommend HIGHLY, especially if you have the lucky chance to be served by Brandon. Can't wait to come back again, after a tiring day of Knott's again 😁

I live in fullerton. I drive to chilis in buena park because the food is delicious and the people are always friendly.

I ordered a burger and right away after starting to eat it i noticed the meat was very undercooked and very noticeably pink. I spoke to the manager and she told me that this was normal and that they serve their burgers with medium cooked meat even though i would say this meat was clearly rare. Despite the burger gushing grease everytime i toughed it and being very undercooked the manager seemed to think this was ok to feed to people so if you decide to eat here make sure your food is cooked well to avoid feeling sick after eating food that they consider safe to eat. The pictures dont do it justice but it wasnt even cooked in the middle.

We love the great menu options and very reasonable prices. With few exceptions, we’ve received excellent service at multiple locations. Hubs and I are big fans of the 3/$10.99 menu. It’s a great cost savings and allows us to pass the value back to our hard working servers. (Remember that just because you are paying less, doesn’t mean the servers aren’t working less.)

Came here on the Sunday evening with my Family. It’s the first time we’ve been out since covid hit. We had an awesome experience. The food was incredibly delicious; the Service was beyond Phenomenal. The waitress taking care of us Justine was incredible, she smiled and made us feel welcomed , she was constantly checking in on us. Overall her Service alone put this particular location and the company over the top, I clouding of course the food. The wait time wasn’t too long, they told us 30mins but it was more like 15mins before we got seated. Overall excellent Experience, Outstanding Service, Delicious Food. I sat myself in the open bar section. It was a 5 minute wait until the server asked for my order. ..after a change of personal shift, ten minutes, I started receiving my food. The food was good. Had the best service yesterday when I dined in for dinner! Scott was a great waiter. Very friendly and attentive! My son ordered the mac and cheese with corn on the side. For some reason the mac and cheese came out tasting bitter. Scott was understanding and took it back right away to get a new serving for my son. Second batch was great! According to my son. I ordered their brisket quesadilla and shared the fajitas with chicken and steak. The quesadilla was a hit! Very tasty and the brisket was delicious! The fajitas were ok. You definitely need to eat the steak right away or else it turns rubbery. For drinks I highly recommend the sunrise margarita! Very fruity and tasty. I loved it! 5 stars for service and good food!

It was a busy night so took a while to be seated ..the host took us to a 2 person table for me and my dad but there was salsa spilled on the table and seats ..sor a bit awkward that they didn't clean it first.. but they cleaned it as we stood there.. the orders came out nice in a timely fashion but the chips tasted stale.. however this 3 dip thing is a very nice choice the dips are super delicious

This is probably my second time here. Justine the server to my table was outstanding service, great smile, got us everything on time, she took care of us very quick and without asking I would get. Vanessa the manager was a great person too, she came over and took my complement with caution and seriousness. This is an amazing place and amazing staff.

To us: got baked crab pasta and the bbq combo. To others: solid chilis. Recommend as a good base for how many franchise should run. Owners: the booths chairs are extremely uncomfortable. We could feel the spring right on our butt.

When tonight at 630pm on 6/20/23 Went into the tables close to the bar. Had a blond hair young man waited on us. I ordered chicken wings & a old timer burger. Very fresh! My dad ordered ribs dinner plate, He loved it too. He frequently goes too this location. And I am from out of town & He took me and we had a great dinner. After a long day of traveling recently, we stopped at Chili's in Buena Park for a later dinner. Chili's a solid choice in MN where we live, so it's always been a favorite, and we knew we could count on it. Unfortunately we were wrong about this one. Our drinks were fantastic, but that's where the good stuff ends. Our server was okay, and fairly attentive, but the food was atrocious. We started with the fried mozzarella, which was not great, but edible. We decided to share the Smokehouse Combo dinner, and it was the absolute worst. The chicken crispers were dried out and consisted of mostly breading, so we didn't finish them. The quesadilla was soggy and covered in grease from the melted cheese, so we couldn't eat more than a piece of that either. The french fries were also soggy and inedible, so we left those behind. The corn tasted and felt like it had been boiled for days - it was somehow completely mushy, but tough at the same time, and had no flavor at all, which was shocking given the stuff loaded on top of it. The piece of garlic toast was so small it would have been about two bites worth if we could have eaten it, which we did not because - you guessed it - it was soggy. For nearly $25, the meal was disgusting and disappointing. I hope this isn't the norm for this location, but it left us pretty angry paying the $60+ price tag for a couple decent drinks and a few bites of mozzarella cheese. I don't know if Chili's in general has begun lacking in quality and this is just the way it is now, or if this was a fluke. Hopefully the latter.

Two of the six people in our group got their food and we had to wait another 25 minutes for the rest of the plates. Thankfully the food was really really yummy so I was grateful! Our waiter was also super kind and attentive.
