This was my first time on ghost rider it was epic very good.

The ride was great, but the wait was sickening, literally. There is no ventilation while waiting. They have you corralled into an airless sweatbox that got me so sick I ended up leaving the park after the ride because I couldn't regulate my temperature & at $5 per 16oz bottle of water there was no need in staying. I'll not be going back to Knotts any time soon because there weren't any other roller-coasters open

This old rickety looking roller coaster is by far one of the best in the park. It gives you all the up and down thrills without the dizziness from going upside down you get on Silver Bullet.

HUGE TIP: RIDE IN THE BACK ROW, OR REQUEST THE BACK ROW It feels like it's going way too fast, in the best way possible. Going in, I knew this was one of the best coasters ever built, but I was pleasantly surprised by how intense it was.

Scary at first glance this rollercoaster 🎢, but it's been the greatest ride I've made so far at Knott's and my wife and my 7 years old son did it, definitely 👍 will do it again and again and again😂😎. Highly recommended 👌 👍, despite the waiting times (> 100 minutes)

this ride has terrible operations and wait time. last time with fast pass i waited over an hour. other than that, expect a 2-3 hour wait. they need more operators to run it efficiently, but they'd rather pocket the money. that being said, this is one of my favourite wooden roller coasters ever. places in the top 3, it's just a solid built ride. it was renovated awhile ago and had become much smoother since then, although it is still quiet bumpy. back of the ride for the win!

Ride is super fun once you get on it. Lots of humps with negative g's, good drop, great time. The 4 hour wait is not fun. The operator took 2-3 trains of fast pass riders before loading a single train of regular riders. The trains go out every 2:30 to 3:30. The ride is shorter than that though. Increased efficiency in the process for loading and unloading trains could significantly increase ride capacity and reduce wait times.

Very thrilling ride. Only down-side is that the line is always long, usually over an hour or 2.

Went on a weekend for a school trip. GhostRider was my second ride of the day (first ever coaster), and I rode with 2 friends (We were close to the back). I thought I was going to regret it, and I did at first, but once I exited the station, I did not. I looked down at my lap and closed my eyes for most of the ride because I was scared, but from what i felt, it was fast and smooth. The sharp turns were actually kinda fun. They really push you against your seat. I regret looking down for the ride because I think it would've been more fun if I hadn't done that. Overall, I would ride it again! TIP: Ride it early in the day before the line gets crazy long. I waited about 40 minutes.

GhostRider is easily my favorite coaster at Knott's Berry Farm. As someone who loves more intense thrills, it's a perfect balance of intensity, interesting track layout, and length to make it worth the ride. The 108' drop at the beginning is my favorite drop on any roller coaster I've been on. I definitely recommend hitting this ride first thing after the park opens. It unfortunately has a low capacity due to the ride only accommodating one train on the track at a time, so the line can get pretty long.

The wait for this ride is absolutely ridiculous! But not waiting for this ride would be absolutely ridiculous! The amount of thrill that goes into this single ride, not to mention the terror of it being a completely wooden coaster, is what makes it ride a must do while at the park. Highly recommend getting a fast pass. Otherwise, you'll miss out on all of the other rides!

The sign at the entrance says "may not fit larger people" but it's very easy to miss that. I waited 90 minutes in the line and then didn't fit even though I swear I saw people my size riding before me. Don't know why it's so hard to design rides for people that aren't skinny little sticks. Ride looked like a lot of fun, my wife said it was way bigger that what we could see at the entrance.

Line is very inefficient. Equal priority is given to the express customers so the line moves very slowly. Do indication of wait time. After 40min, we entered the building and were faced with an even longer line.

Awesome wooden coaster! Super fun and faster then it looks. It seems to last a bit longer than some other coasters too which is nice and the line isn't too long of a wait if you go during the week. We love Knotts Berry Farm!

This ride is absolutely amazing. I took my husband here for the 1st time this year for my birthday, and this is hands down his favorite ride. I recommend sitting in the VERY back for the best experience. The G force is incredible, and each hill and dip feels like you're going to lift out of the seat. We must have rode this ride like 5x. The sound of a wooden rollercoaster just hits differently.

I got in the line with my sister and from the outside I thought it was going to be an easy going ride. As soon as we finally got on the seats I was so excited and eventually I noticed how high the lift hill was and that's when I realized how huge the drops were. I got super scared and cried a little during the ride and then my sister made fun of me afterwards. I enjoyed the thrill in the end. Cool roller coaster 10/10

This one might be my favorite ride, lots of speed, thrills, and banked turns, but without the disoriented feeling of the loop & spin rides. A perfect fit for the rustic feel of Western themed Knott's

This ride is fast. Best wooden roller coaster in Southern California. If you are lucky enough, you might be able to experience it at night during Knott's Scary Farm. Awesome fun ride. 9.5 out 10.

Brilliant ride. Very high and fast. Best we have been on in a long time! Wait time was rather long, 1.5 hour wait but was worth it. If you can afford the fast pass, get that as we only ever saw a max of 2 people in that queue.

The most awesome wooden coaster I remember riding. The line is ridiculously slow. It wasn't excessively long but just moved at a snals pace. It was even more disappointing when you get to the load room and constantly wonder why it's going so slow of course safety is top priority but it was horrible. The ride itself It incredible. Starts off fast and gets faster. We rode both times at night so I can't attest to how it looks but it was long and fast and loud and thrilling. The car holds about 24 and the entire car was screaming with joy all at once. You must ride this!

The ride was fast I mean fast the drops were crazy and the fact it's one of the few wooden Rollercoasters in the US it was one heck of a experience definitely hit this one up and get ready for the ride of your life.

For sure the best wooden roller coaster in California. Rider tip should be the first ride of your day or and your last ride of the day or night. One of the best night ride you will find. Especially when it is pitch dark during Knott's Scary Farm.

This might be my favorite roller coaster of all time! I love old wooden coasters. I don't need the loops and feet dangling. I like the sounds and feeling of wood. Ghost Rider gives you ALL the feels, and it isn't short. Catch this park on a quieter day, and I would ride this over and over. It's amazing! My parents brought us to Knotts Berry every year when my sister and I were young, and bringing my kids was great for me. They had a blast!

I'm not going to lie but I was very terrified at first. It took at least three people to finally convince me to get on the ride. (Mind you this was happening at night) Which made it even more scarier. The fact that it's wooden and somewhat shaky really had me nervous. Then on top of that the height itself was just insane. Riding on this almost made me sick but overall I really enjoyed it. Now it's one of my favorite rides.

It's one of the best coasters I've been on. Old wooden feel and sound and rips out of the gate! No loops on this one, just straight adrenaline pumping speed as you climb, fall, twist, and turn!

Waiting 2+ hrs for this isn't a super fun experience. The coaster itself is fun if you're okay with big drops. I can't see paying the price for the flash pass either so both ways you're kind of out of luck.

While they still need to fix the elevator access (after you wait your full time of the regular ride, it can take another 20-30 waiting at the elevator, so it takes far longer than if you weren't disabled), this is simply one of the best roller coasters anywhere. It's so long of a ride, you start to get even more terrified. Just like a coaster should make you feel. It felt faster this time, too.

The line is always long, but this is one of the better wooden coasters in So Cal. Haven't been to Six Flags in a while, so I can't compare to the wooden coasters there. However, Ghost rider offers the excitement and thrill without the loops and turns that make certain people sick. My son wasn't a huge fan of it, but if you like a thrilling traditional coaster, then this would be a great option.

The wait was 2-3 hrs but honestly it’s a great ride that’s worth the wait. The only thing making it scary was the first drop, how fast it’s going, and the constant small to medium drops throughout the ride. Definitely recommend!!
