DO NOT STAY!!!! Worst place ever! I think some of their customers stay there regularly, and I mean like they live there ! Sounds like they have drug deals going on all night. They are loud and up all night! Beds are very uncomfortable and rooms smell like smoke. ( it is 1:41am and I’m writing this review as I’m here) I didn’t feel safe staying here. Car alarms going off and on . Pay the extra 60.00 at a different place. This place is ghetto and dirty. If you have children I would definitely not recommend it. Glad we’re just staying this night. THE WORST! If I could, I’d give it a negative star

Not a five star establishment but any means. I am still giving five stars for this place though. If you need to stay somewhere that understands sometimes people don't have perfect credit with millions of dollars in a savings account that has an ATM card in the guest's name to use for a deposit. Sometimes a small fee for a couple extra hours before checking out in the morning is a service that people can use; they get that here. The people here are fair and are willing to work with their guests if creative payment arrangements are needed. That doesn't mean they are willing to break the law or be taken advantage of. If you are in the area and need some where to stay, I finally recommend this place.

I made a prepaid reservation with this hotel for a one bed room that is nonsmoking. When I checked in on July 19 2018, I noticed a strong smoke smell. I immediately went the office and requested another room that is not smoking, the person in charge told me that he didn’t have one bed room available. He came to the room and he said the smell is not smoke and it was cleaning chemical used to clean the floor. I asked him to do something because my nose get clogged and would have difficulty breathing. So he set the AC on high. Later I noticed that the smoke detector was covered with plastic cover. The shower unit was 24 inches by 24 inches and filthy. The towels looked gross with dirty shelf stacked on it. I didn’t take a shower. I hope no one go through like a night I had in this motel. The worst hotel I ever stayed in.

My stay with my Family was nice ...Knotts visit super close to the entrance. The front desk is accommodation. I love the location is the best being next to Walgreens!!

I've stayed here for a long period of time . The management is amazing and considerate. The prices are not what's listed they are less and ill mention something them . It could not be more convenient with the Walgreens next door and across the street from Knotts. The owners are both caring and bend over backwards to make you and the family comfortable.

The rooms are smaller then you think, the sound proofing between rooms is bad, I was reluctant to turn on my TV which had really great channels but I figured that I would be annoyingly sound blasting the rooms next to me. The curtains tend to have many holes in them, so random people and staff can see if you are doing whatever. Leaving the room I saw a Maid with her eye on a rooms window spying and gathering intel for about 30 seconds. There are so many other hotels or Motels in the area that are better and for cheaper, I suggest going there.

I'm pretty easy to please but I could not find anything positive about room 19. The fact that the parking lot was mostly empty should have been our first clue. We didn't even stay the night. The floor was filthy, with something running down the closet wall. 4 different colors of paint, chewed up base boards, missing paint and who knows what on the walls and floor. Even with all this we were still willing to give it a chance. We can deal with a little bit of dirt, but after we came back from dinner we found cockroaches EVERYWHERE! Crawling on the walls, floor and our bags! That was the final straw. The worst part was when we went to the office, the office manager asked us what WE wanted to do about it!? When we said we were leaving he asked who we booked our hotel through, and then said they would give us our refund. It seemed like an everyday occurrence for him. Do not stay here!

The room smelled like smoking when we arrived, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The maid threw away our bathroom items that were left on the bathroom sink. Our luggage had been moved from where we left it so I assume it had been gone through. Most of the “guests” seemed to be living there. People were yelling and loud until 1:30am. Then next door at 3am there was pounding on the door and yelling again. I’d say stay away at all costs. I’ve stayed in many 1 and 2 star places before and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Room smelled liked smoke (even though it's a non smoking rooom) doesn't give you blankets only a thin sheet. Our shower was super hard to turn on. Only good things is the location. I wouldn't come here again....you can't lock the room door from the Inside, which I think is important! The blankets had cigarettes burns and gum stuck to them....no Hot water....trash all in the parking lot area...stay at your own risk and liking...at night we heard people banging on doors looking for someone just felt sketchy

Place recently renovated, nice and neat. Although the renovations seemed cheaply and could have been better (mainly the shower) at night I kept hearing a critter outside the bathroom wall scratching. Nice place, but needs a little more work. The continental breakfast is the smallest I've ever seen.
