The chopped salad is great. I ordered it via door dash and it actually travels pretty well. Ordered it twice now. Will probably order it again!

Dry, tasteless (cardboard like) meat the 1st time I ate here but their onion rings were good so I gave them a 2nd chance. Unfortunately, Mary shift leader at 7 pm today acted arrogantly like a (chola) gangster with zero customer service or leadership demeanor. All I asked was for the meat to be cooked with the grilled onions under it for flavor but she refused. She stated, we do not do that and the way we do things is the way we do things. I was ready to walk out when Jorge, the assistant manager, asked what the problem was and when he found out, he said that it can be done and showed me that that was what the cook was doing on the flatgrill! Mary frowned at him then talked to him in Spanish then looked at me arrogantly and was going to continue maltreating me when Jorge stopped her and said he will cook my burger himself to make sure it has flavor!

The charburger is good. outdoor dining with umbrellas. Not a big line for lunch. Indoor dining and bathrooms.

We like a lot to go out. Yesterday we visited this magnificent place which friends recommended to us. We spent a lovely experience there with exceptional meal and an experienced team and a great chief cook. We added this venue in our phone list and we will surely go again very soon. We deeply recommend.

Went to this place and waited in line for 10 mins and when it was our turn, the lady on the counter walked away saying she will be back in a minute. She starts preparing other orders. Keeps me waiting another 8 mins and another guy asks me to order on a self ordering machine, to which I said that I need to make a modification to my order so I would rather tell the associate. On that, I was given a very curt reply by them - “ you will have to wait 15 minutes before anyone would be there to help me.” To which I said I have been waiting for more than 15 mins already, to which I was very rudely given an ultimatum that I will need be attended to for the next 15 minutes. Very unprofessional.

This is my go to burger spot. I don't know what the big hype at In-n-Out is all about. I like my burger charbroiled like a backyard BBQ. They have quality food here, even the salads are delicious. The service is also great, really friendly staff.

The Habit's burgers were delicious! I enjoyed their food since teenhood when Dad take me a different The Habit in Norwalk. It's one of my favorite burger places to order and eat burgers.

Been coming to this location for years. They keep it nice and clean, the staff are friendly, and they rarely have made mistakes. The food doesn't disappoint and they have good options and variety.

I had the Impossible Burger and it was delish! I cannot tell the difference between that and beef. They also had sweet potato fries, which is perfect for me. Place was clean, good counter service. If I was ever in that neighborhood again, If definitely would consider their food.

Burger was good but they are watering down their sodas to save a buck. Huge pet peeve of mine. I want what I paid for. These sodas cost you maybe $0.25 a piece. You're charging me $2.00. Stealing from me as far as I'm concerned.

This was my first time ever eating at habit. I am not joking when I say this food was the most amazing food I have ever tasted. I even that thanked the chef. Great job to all that made this a super delicious experience. Seriously .....OUT OF THIS WORLD GREAT TASTING FOOD.

Although the food is good, they only have 2 combo meals, which means everything else you must order A la Carte 🤦🏻‍♀️. With that said, you don't get the value of your money.

My recent visit to the Habit Hamburger Restaurant was a disappointing experience overall. The lackluster food, indifferent service, and uninviting ambiance left me thoroughly unimpressed. The burgers were mediocre at best, lacking flavor and moisture, while the fries were greasy and overcooked. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and the atmosphere was far from welcoming. Considering the numerous alternatives available, I would not recommend the Habit Hamburger Restaurant for a satisfying dining experience.

Rather good chicken sandwichs. Routinely meet family here. This time a sandwich was ordered with a side of sauce. The sandwich was delivered without the sauce; I was told it would take about 5 minutes to go into the back to prepare(pour sauce into the cup) some more sauce. Waiting 5 minutes for the sauce allowed the sandwich to cool while the others at our table ate their food. Employees should be proactive and if not then get one of the other employees to cover. Or how about the company offering packets of the sauce so the employees don't have to prepare the cups?

Got a BBQ burger that had cucumbers instead of pickles and I had asked for them on the side due to the bread getting soggy. Got home bread was soggy with an under cook patty and fries were way too crispy. I use to work for the habit and I can tell you the quality has gone down exponentially. I just threw away the whole burger. It was inedible. Was looking forward to eating the burger after not having the habit in a while.

I really like the Santa Barbara sandwich, but you can't go wrong with any menu item. Your food is cooked fresh so you have to wait a bit.

The char burger here was pretty dang good! I asked for no pickles in mine and there were pickles so the guy just picked them out and gave me my burger back haha. But oh well it was the free burger that came with buying a drink. As for the drinks, their strawberry lemonade and açaí drinks made in-house were really tasty! If you like spicy, make sure to grab some of those banana peppers and pickles jalapeños to throw into your burger!

Burgers were nice size. Loved the Tempura green beans. Staff friendly. I like it better than 5 Guys although there isn't as much variety of toppings. Parking can be a pain

Ordered a teriyaki burger with pineapple, among other items. They gave me a bacon bbq burger and charge me more than what I would have paid. Called to let them know, but they don't allow speaking about order issues unless I drive all the way back to the restaurant!! Poor customer service to the max. The food was cold and poor in taste. Can't be more pissed!

Not same previous years ago,I notice Hamburger more small and thin beef patty but cost increases, table little dirty aslo on floor spots food , see machines drink mess spilled on floor

Came in to eat and tables were all dirty and nobody cleaning them. My tray looked like it had been sprayed off maybe but not cleaned and sanitized, it was covered with grease from the last user, and the bathroom floor was covered in urine, i almost slipped and fell. The food was fine but.. keep up on the cleaning. Won't be visiting this location again soon

Food was great. It appeared they were understaffed but the current employees still were hustling even though they had an overwhelming amount of work. One thing I didn't like is the process of leaving sides out under an AC in order to get ahead.

I would not even give this service a single star rating. I went to this burger place to have meal with my colleague. I felt sorry for making a change to my order during a busy time, but I was upset because the staff got too angry! And while I was going to pick up my meal, she threw a straw and meal on my tray :) I am sorry if my limited English skills made things inconvenient for you? But Did you need to show your anger outwardly like that? Thanks to you, I had the worst lunch experience at Habit burger!!! 😡

The workers were great. They made a great experience. The food however was average. The oil needed to be drained and the food was a little under cooked. I think the time for the Habbit has come and gone.

Good food, but pricey! Terrible service! I had to argue for extra mustard! Buena Park location seem to offer very poor service. I suggest you consider looking at the management of place rather than asking us to write you. Fire. All I have to say. Definitely better than chick fila and canes. Dave's has great flavor and spice levels. I'm mad Im just now trying it. Their lines are always so long so it has turned me off in the past.

I would say the finest place to have a mouth watering burger in town. One of my friend recommended me to have a sour dough bread fried chicken burger and I ordered the same food. It was the delicious burger i ate in my whole life. The environment was awesome to sit down and eat. The price was cheap too with variety of other kind of burgers.

Super nice employees and awesome manager. Went in today at 9 pm to pick up some food and the cashier was super sweet and working very hard! The food is also amazing real tasting burgers. My favorite is the teriyaki char and the pineapple is amazing. Saw a kitchen staff lighting patties on fire as he was grilling them. No wonder they taste amazing!! Would recommend

The steak sandwich us the bomb! I like that you can custom order what you want and they always get it right. I dont like that they make the shakes too early and by the time you get it its already kinda melted and the use too much syrup in them but other then that the food is great. The tuna sandwich is pretty darn good too i order mine with 🥑 and they put enough on that you can taste it but not too much to over power everything. The price is fair for what you get, i will continue to eat here and recommend it for anyone who enjoys eating good food. If they fix the shakes it would be a perfect 5.

Used to eat here all the time. With the pandemic, not so much. Ordering curbside on the app in a total nightmare. They haven't gotten our order correct the last five times. Always something wrong with what we ordered. When we arrive, we hit the I'M HERE on the reply message and they always claim they never receive it. So, I have.to get out of my vehicle and go inside. Huge improvement needed.
