Good burger! My friend recommended me to go there when I travel in California. The bun is so good. I ordered the set that is about 7$, good price!

This is the most consistent burger joint out!! EXCELLENT customer service and the staff is always on point. The burgers are crazy good and always cooked fresh to order. I have never had a bad meal from here.. Gave 4 stars because of the location.. most of the time the line gets crazy long and goes onto the street.. can be hectic but it’s worth the wait and chaos.

Very crowed drive thru, so we went inside, and it was same. Small area with about 20 people In a small area they worked as fast as they could. Food was great , Fries cold, maybe it s 60 ° idk.

I mean it's In-N-Out it's exactly what you expect, one of the best fast food burger joints around. Also, In-N-Out tastes the best in C.A. don't ask me why, I always just say it's the air and the added air pollution gives it an additional little flavor.

We ordered 9 meals for Teacher Appreciation (for our kid's teachers). They took care of them quickly and correctly. Boxed them up and labeled them with the tags we gave them. Really pleased with their friendliness and cooperation.

My first experience with In-N-Out. The burger and fries were pretty good. The drive through was busy and would have been very confusing had the staff not been on point with directing us. The system moved a lot of people through the line efficiently.

Usually most in and out places taste the same. I like their hamburgers and fries. I tried this location because I was in the area. My hamburger didn't taste like the usual in and out burger. The meat was a little on the red side. It wasn't busy yet because it was only 1030. I was customer #2. So no reason for the meat to be slightly on the raw side. I didn't complain because I didn't want to go asking for a different burger. I was a bit surprised that this location didn't follow the standard.

Food was great like it always is, but the chocolate shakes tasted like vanilla. The employee who gave me my shake told me, "It's chocolate. See? It's darker than vanilla." Really? I tried to tell her it didn't TASTE like chocolate but she wouldn't listen. If the place wasn't so crazy I would have asked for a manager and asked them to fix their shake machine.

The moment we walked in (already late at night), we were greeted warmly and were informed immediately that they'd get to serving us right away. I got to overall impression that they really cared about their jobs. As with every location, it's ALWAYS jam-packed. The keep up that level of care and concern for the customer is tough. Oh, and of course, the food is always great! Got a 4x4, Flying Dutchman, animal style fries, and a Neapolitan shake. Probably come with some free diabetes and love handles too, but that's to be expected. 😝

Had dinner here after Knotts! We were starving, the car line was long. We went inside and ordered. We sat outside and ate. The wait was not long at all, & the order was correct! 🙌 The food was hot and fresh, the lettuce cold and crispy. The staff was friendly! Cannot visit Cali without visiting this place, definitely my favorite burger place in California, food is delicious and affordable, I just wish we had an In-N-Out in Chicago or nearby. Staff is super nice too, doesn’t matter what location you go to, everyone is always very nice and friendly.

This restaurant is the first In N Out on our way home from Knott's park. Meals in the park are more than my food budget allows, instead we enjoy the park then stop by this restaurant on our way home. I look forward to bringing my family here because they always seem to toast my burger buns to the perfect crisp as well as my fries. No matter how long the drive thru line or the crazy amount of people ordering food, my meals are always cooked to perfection. Service is always swift and on-point... Not sure how they manage to feed everyone quickly and with military-like precision no matter how busy this place gets. My recommendation: If you enjoy perfectly toasted burger buns every time, then this location is the best choice for you. On very special occasions I order an off-the-menu 4X4 animal style if you never had one make sure you are hungry and get ready for a taste explosion the way only in-n-out can provide.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but In-N-Out is not good. Can anyone actually say something good about it? Waiting in a drive-thru for 45 minutes and wasting gas and polluting the air and long lines blocking traffic? The dry, hollow French fries? The dry, flaking buns? The cold hard cheese on the animal fries? FYI: the secret menu grilled cheese is not a bun with lots of cheese in the middle (like an actual grilled cheese). It’s a single burger without the meat. In-N-Out is ridiculously overhyped.

I love the burger and fries here, the meat is not dry and delicious. I also tried the cheese burger which is very good. Get through order is fast. If you go to California, then you have to try this once. They also have good peppers 🌶️, they're spicy and good taste.

I used to love their food, now their meat patties are as thin as their tomatoe slice, same with their fries. Their protein style burger was not properly wrapped so everything came out. I rather pay a little more and get good portions. Felt like we were at the other fast food with the arches.... 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very small eating area inside. Limited tables outside. The place was noisy and complete chaos on an early Sunday evening (late afternoon). Food tasted great. Service was fast and friendly. But still believe they need to give us extra wide straws for the milkshakes. Just impossible to get anything from the straws for all of our many guests. We had to laugh but it's kind of annoying. We can't be the only ones who feel that way. Double lane drive thru usually backs up onto Valley View street causing traffic jam concerns. But if you are really, really patient, you will eventually get to eat.

Do I really have to explain?! In n Out is the quintessential California visit. There's a reason they're always packed at every location. Such good burgers and the service is quality, at this Buena Paek location anyway. Had another try in Vegas and got our orders animal style, which I didn't know you can do. It's even better that way. The fries I can do without. The price is irresistible too. Love love In n Out! Please have one in Vancouver!

First of all, I have to applaud the exceptional service and utter professionalism. Exemplary. The food is also great. Price is reasonable. However, this is the third time the drink has become watery - I think - due to preparing early despite the long lines during the weekends. Keep up the fantastic service!

I love everything about this classic style IN-N-OUT which provides ample outdoor seating with shades roofing. It is also the closest location to my home. It's single restroom is better than none, yet having just one oversized wash room which serves for both their hard working crew and all customers, I feel there must be enough room to engineer 2 smaller, yet still handicapped accessible, washrooms to benefit everyone without needing a more major remodeling.

This was my wife and I first time at this location... the young man that was taking the orders was running back and forth directing the flow of cars in the line as well as taking down the precise orders of the customers. He was definitely out of breath but very friendly, also the person the completed our order was very friendly.. when my wife ask to speak with a manager the employee was very prompt to get a manager. The manager my wife spoke with was very friendly and ask what he help with. My wife just want to compliment p order taker in the line as well as the employee that completed the order and the manager as well on their well doing of their job especially the employee that was handling the orders in the line. The manager stated that my wife could call the companies questions and comments and leave a message concerning how are experience was, and he was very pleased that how the employees were that day.

Everyone loves In & Out. They'll always be 5 stars. However, I can not rate this as I was a passenger in a car with someone who bought dinner. Just a warning. Sanitize your hands before dipping in for a fry. Or don't if you're into building immunities. Like I said, just a warning. An observation. The staff handling the trash touch everything with their dirty trash gloves.
