Simple hotel, with a very good location and price! The room was big, nice and everything was very clean! Excellent employee service! Since I contacted me by message, I always responded very kindly! Simple but delicious breakfast. It does not have parking but 2 blocks away there is a garage open 24 hours a day. Thank you very much for the attention provided!

Very nice hotel, simple, very well maintained, super clean and with excellent service, super friendly and warm in treatment. The very prominent location: -15 minutes from the Monumental stadium. -14 minutes from Rosedal Park. -15 minutes from the Japanese Garden. -20 minutes from Jorge Newbery Aropark. -10 minutes from the Palermo Hippodrome. I recommend it, I would go again.

The double room was very bad, the toilet and the bathroom door were broken. We were there on a day of extreme rain... We traveled with a baby, so when we returned at noon to collect our luggage from reception we asked the girl if we could take out dry clothes and change them in an area that is used for breakfast and then It remains unused... When we were fixing things there, a woman who I think is called Carmen came and told us that we had to leave there... put everything away and wait at the reception to leave... I send the cleaning guy to leave .. the boy was very shocked... This lady's lack of empathy and humanity was the worst thing I have ever experienced... Something that should have been nice turned into a bitter pill, faced with the constant bad looks and gestures of this person... I feel sorry for the people who work with her..

It's a shame that due to an event that could have been avoided by simply being a good person, I have been left with a very bad memory of the hotel. I forgot a pair of sneakers that they did not return to me. And on top of that, they were not entirely cordial with their responses to what happened.
