I went to complain to have it fixed and he told me that the solution was in a light bath, refusing to fix it with darks and pre-pigmentation as appropriate. Clearly a bath of light is not the solution to such brutal work. The highlights are still visible and now it's orange. I'm going to have to pay at another hair salon.
