😐 I went several years ago, I remember because I needed treatment for my child's father who is a batterer and they had referred me from the Gender Violence Office...it was quite complex because even with "urgency" notifications that I think were from the prosecutor's office. , they made me wait months... People often mention people, care,

I went several years ago, I remember because I needed treatment for my child's father who is a batterer and they had referred me from the Gender Violence Office...it was quite complex because even with "urgency" notifications that I think were from the prosecutor's office. , they made me wait months. But that "usually happens" at least I work in countless CESACs and Hospitals and it is common. What I will never forget is that in addition to the intentional disorientation that the administrative receptionist gave me, watching me go around endlessly with my then baby and loaded with everything, she asked me "maternal surname" and I told her that I didn't have it, that it was only a paternal name, and she instigated me to gave him a maternal surname, I told him that not only did he not have one, but that he had no relationship and that I had never been asked for that information in history and "angry" he continued shouting saying that I had to give him a maternal surname because he had to fill out form with it. A crazy thing, or rather... a crazy thing... then I spent years trying to find out why they could ask for it... and with so much talk that was made about the management of the PRO (current LET'S CHANGE) with the lists, the emails... That in theory they were poorly made and used for unholy purposes, I ended up considering the theory that they had to get information from friends but...I don't think so, everything was very far-fetched. If they are still requesting a mother's surname, someone can tell me the end of it, because the woman confused me... I don't remember her physiognomy, only that she was a little older (not that much) and her hair was already gray and dyed copper. I don't know if he is still attending, I remember that two attended.

We were two people without a turn and they gave us all the vaccines and boosters for adults, in 15 or 20 minutes we resolved everything. They treated us barbaric.

Very good place. Comply with the protocols and they will serve you in ten minutes while waiting in line. I went to get some medications and it was great. They have a record of everything and they care beyond giving you your medications. Excellent staff and very nice venue.

The attention is horrible, mainly the one in administration, I went to give my baby a vaccine and I had to wait more than 1 hour (literally) the girls who vaccinated were laughing inside and when they come out, they come out defensive, because you knock on the door. It sucks, but it is what it is.

It is important to record how valuable these places are to those who have no way to access health resources and public health education. Although they do not always provide good customer service (why don't they answer the phone for example, or why the constant bad face?), in general the medical staff provides the best service they can. These places are necessary, and require a greater budget and dissemination. There is medical care of all kinds, including pedagogical care, there is a small library for children, etc. The in-person appointments are given fairly closely, although I suspect there must be more appointments but for some reason they are not given easily. A separate chapter is the maintenance of the building. It is a place of health: and yet you can hardly enter without fainting from the smell of pee that is on the outside (it seems clean inside). There is no excuse for this and you should please review it. That these spaces have more budget and dissemination is essential to improve the city and highlight how necessary the presence of a national or municipal state is that manages, supervises and meets the needs of its population. I hope it doesn't disappear.

Very bad, they respond to shouts, they treat you like an idiot, no one guides you, you have to go to several places, it is overflowing with people, if you are going to look for medication you have to go at dawn and with luck they will help you quickly, very bad organization, few staff for so many people, where are we, dear larreta?

The attention is terrible. The director is rude and so are the receptionists. They treat people like dogs. The shifts are super limited. The doctors work for an hour and leave. Nobody controls anything.

I've been calling and calling the phone for a thousand hours. Last week the same. I had to go to the place to make my query, and while I was there I called the phone and it rang and rang.... I don't know why they don't answer!!! Could it be that they don't get paid to answer the phone? I really do not know....

In October of last year I went to make an appointment with pediatrics and they told me that I was on sick leave in November the same thing... in December the same thing... in January that I was on vacation and that the doctor was not there sick...who understands them...what a way to play with people...a shame

One of the worst cessations there is. Rude administrators who are on the phone and when faced with a question they yell at you, they confront you. 0 interest or empathy for the other. A terrifying disorganization, they don't take care of anything. If you make a claim, they show you a list of dismissals and send you somewhere else. It's not the first time I've come, nor the first time I've had problems. Particularly today I came for medication for a diabetic person and for an error in reading, communication and, above all, negligence. They didn't want to give me part of the medication. I had to argue and wait for them to want to give it to me. Poor people who receive regular care here. They should clean up the staff who receive a salary for doing absolutely nothing.
