when we made the reservation there was a price, when we arrived to the hotel, the price had increased like a 10% with no previous advise. the area isn’t nice at all, specially at nighttime. the rooms are super small and everything looks old. the bathroom is really small as well. nothing like in the pictures. the tv? well… your phone screen might be bigger. oh! your phone! wanna charge it? there’s no way to charge your phone. only one plug, near the room door. for the price they charge you can stay in ANY other hotel that will for sure be better.

Three star hotel. Needs updating. Location is close to sites.

They advertise a buffet breakfast but they just serve coffee and milk, tea or mate cocido with day-old half-moons, a little bit of butter and jam. Apart from that, they just serve powdered juice. Regarding de hotel room, the toilet looks dirty and is too close to the wall; water was coming out of the drain each time we took a shower and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable (the mattress was sagging). When it comes to location, it is relatively close to touristic places but the street seems dangerous at night.

Not very good, at Chek in they don't tell you when the cleaning is and they give you the TV remote (?) , the breakfast, they sell as if it was buffet, but it isn't, the rooms are sleepable but the AC is really noisy and to turn it on/off you have to call the front desk, there's no fridge, the water pressure is fantastical tho the water goes everywhere in the bath and the staff, not that friendly just doing their job, most definitely not a 3 star Hotel

I happen to think this hotel is quite underrated and really quite brilliant. Absolutely everything is really perfect. Lovely floors too!

If you don't leave the room, I guess it is decent. The location is terrible. Fast from everything and in the middle of a neighbor where people urinate on the streets everywhere. It sneaks the second you leave the hotel.

Wifi did not work (and poor phone reception) Toilet was flooding when we got our room which staff was nonchalant about No personal control over AC Terrible Value Worst hotel experience of my life
