Terrible place to stay not worth the money. Due to some complications, we need a place to stay for a night thought we would try our luck here. $20,000 for a private room, that was terrible, beds were all stained, smelled, bugs and roaches. Shower didn't work, they changed roomed for us, and still the same issue. shower didn't work, the bedsheets and pillow were all stained. I literally grabbed a pair of shorts to cover my pillow so my face wouldn't touch the pillow as I was concerned I might catch some sort of infection of how dirty the place was. I don't know how they feel comfortable even offering these rooms, what a disgrace.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOSTEL I have been to in my entire life! they are greedy and do not respect their clients, they charged me 12,000 pesos for one bed in a dorm and had to audacity to charge me for keeping my bags a few hours after check out. Places like this; that prioritize profit over hospitality, will hopefully go out of business within a year. please avoid at all cost

It sucks. Bugs will eat you up, no hot water for days for showers or baths, walls fall to the floor, kitchen blows in your face while cooking, people are strange. Skiing, bar, room service and spoken languages (english, italian and arabic) are all false advertising. Electricity goes off frequently, air conditioning in general sitting area doesn't work. Matrices are dirty and old, same as sheets. Not kid frendly, unless you don't mind Muslims getting on to your child or don't mind your child being around people snorting drugs and heavy drinking from saturday afternoon till sunday night non stop. Owner is a con artist that will pretend that all these problems never occured before but just read comments about bugs (chinches) and general maintenance and hygiene issues and have him explain all these people from months ago complaining about the same issues. Stay long enough and bugs will suck so much of your blood that you will end up at the hospital with fever. Saw a russian lady that called the police to complain about the bugs (chinches) and the owner told police that she had brought them in with her, if that was true, how come people complain about this from way back? Great location though.

Don’t stay here in a private room! Not worth the $20,000 pesos. The private shower in the room didn’t have hot water and then they changed us to another room that wood and same problem. The worst part was that the room the changed us to had the toilet in the shower and the shower didn’t even work. Everything is really old and doesn’t work well. Your money is better spent elsewhere for a private room at that price.

It's pretty basic but nice. Good to spend time together with nice people. I know a hostel isn't a hotel but it could really be cleaner.

Full of Bed bugs !! Avoid this place at all cost ! The owner knows and doenst care. He didnt want to give us our money back !!! Worst experience of my entire life

Big nope! Dark old rooms and the bathrooms could use a good cleaning. But very cheap on a very nice part of town...

Everything 1 star because you should just not stay here. Has been the same horrible place for a long time if I read the reviews so they don’t care. Private room is worse than a jail. Bed bugs everywhere, shower has a dirty towel on the floor and is next to the toilet, airco does not work. Left after 2 days because I could not be there a day longer. Also, when I arrived they said I did not make a reservation even though I got a confirmation of it with me. If other places are more expensive, still do it. This is not worth the money.

You get what you pay for here but it was acceptablly clean for a hostel and the staff was nice. I was only there a quick night but it suited me and it was nice to be able to get a quick shower at 5 pm after I already checked out and headed to the airport.

It's pretty cheap and in a good location, staff is friendly. However, the hot water in the shower is something of a dance - scorching and ice cold at any second. This was the same in all of the showers I tried.

Amazing apartment -- wish I could´ve stayed longer! Comfortable bed, warm shower, beautiful decor, great location -- everything is awesome!
