I'm going with a couple of constructive criticisms: The place is a little hot, it's summer and they don't have air conditioning. The girl who helped me did a nice job, with a good eye for detail, however, the whole process hurt me a lot. She explained to me that it could be a consequence of having kapping done in other places, except that I had never before experienced yesterday's pain in my nails (both during the process and afterwards). On the side of the finger, on the skin, it was bleeding (and that area still bothers me a little). On the other hand, he told me that I could have the service done from time to time so as not to have to expose my nails to what initially damaged them (which is the removal), but when I asked the store's WhatsApp they told me that they do not do kapping service, and the cost would be the same as when I put it on the first time, so I don't see any sense in it. Another observation: they answer everything by voice note, and when I asked for the quote they told me a price (2100) and in the end they charged me 2500 (I didn't know that the french or the 3 additional stones had an extra cost). I'm never going again… I felt totally scammed. They charged me $6,000 for a service that in another salon 3 blocks away cost me $3,300... They charge a lot of extra if you pay with debit, transfer or any other means that is not CASH (it is illegal) Not to mention that they do not make an invoice, not even by chance... I repeat myself. Today I went to have a beauty and pedicure on my feet, I was very happy, not only with the attention, which was very pleasant but also with the price, a lot of difference in prices, with other places, and they even offered if I wanted to take something on repeated occasions. I've been going for many years and everything had always been perfect. On Saturday I went and they treated me poorly, I arrived and they told me that they had not signed me up (I took the shift a month ago), they told me that they changed owners and that they are having organizational problems. The manicurist that I had told me "I'm telling you that I don't have time" and starts treating me in a very bad way with a bad face and sighing. It was for a Gasalla sketch. I became semi-permanent. The next day I woke up with THREE NAILS WITH SCRATCHED POLISH and I had a wedding. I sent a WhatsApp message to the owner and she didn't even respond. My sister also went last week and told me that they treated her very poorly. IM not coming back anymore! (I leave photos of the day after paying for the semi-permanent service) I paid $5,200 for semi-permanent hands and feet for common enamel. A joke.

Horror place! Dirty everywhere you look at it, and the girls spend their time fighting in front of people, a pretty heavy atmosphere. Don't go alone, you will throw away your money, take away the bad energy of those who work there and expose your hands to some type of infection like what happened to me. Apparently they didn't learn to cut the cuticle properly and add to that the dirty materials they use.
