Finally my wife paid in cash and they didn't give her a ticket either. They ended up arguing and clearly we are not going back. I hope the owners who were present become aware.

I had previously gone to get a cut and the truth is that the place is good but I booked via WhatsApp to get my hair done for my wedding and I had to go two days before the date to get my ends cut and talk about the hairstyle to do, when that day arrives I They said that they had never put the reservation on the agenda and that they would not be able to assist me. They told me they were going to call me to try to solve it but they never did, a disaster. I'm going to add a reply to the owner's answer because I can't believe it. I have the entire WhatsApp conversation where I made the appointment and I never received any call, since I was waiting very attentively to see if the problem could be resolved since I needed someone to do my hair. A shame that they lie on top of that.

I went for a balayage (degrade), with a previous photo shown (photo from their page too). I left with 10 reflections, and at the root... nothing to see. At first I liked it, but another well-known hairdresser saw me, because I asked him if this was what a balayage was like, since I was not satisfied with the amount of bleaching and he told me that it was a poorly done job... that he did highlights on my own, the balayage is much more. So they had to fix it somewhere else... and turn off the color because they left it orange. Obviously I wrote to them, and they told me to wait 15 days for the “color to settle” and for it to come back with more degradation... when they charged me for a complete job (and which they didn't do) clearly that is not the case. They already guided me better and elsewhere they did what I was looking for.

I am doing Olaplex which is in three steps. I'm going for the 1st. I didn't know the hairdresser, it left a good impression on me, they work with very good products and the service is excellent.
