I went to play on Sunday 10/9 at night and the machine at the entrance with a play station played at first and everything was fine but I later put in a 1000 bill to play the 5 spins and the machine never counted it, I called the girl who was there at the counter and since there were no managers, they could not verify in any way or enable the plays for me, they only offered me three spins on another machine that did not even reach the value of what I deposited in the other.

I entered the place with a thermos that didn't have water, it was already empty and they told me that you couldn't enter with mate, I told him that I didn't have mate and that the thermos was empty.
