    Dejo mi opinión: Debido a que con mi hermana fue cuidada de una enfermedad terminal, falleció el sábado, pero en todo momente super atentos cuantas personas tubieron que atenderlas. Por tanto toda la Flía Horst estamos inmensamente agradecidos, y quiera Dios que siempre continúe así, para la cantidad de pacientes atendidos. Y esto no fué sólo 1 fin de semana, sinó a lo largo de 7 años. Dios bendiga a Todo el personal!!!

    Very bad administration. I had a shift when it arrived, they changed my shift WITHOUT WARNING and they blame the doctors who are in charge of notifying the patients. I came from very far and I couldn't get my baby taken care of. I asked for another pediatrician to see me because it wasn't my problem but rather their poor organization and they still didn't see me. They are not able to notify with an email at least or a message. Terrible attention, terrible administration.

    Los medicos son muy buenos pero la administracion es un desastre. Te cancelan los turnos y no te avisan y te hacen perder meses de tratamiento y siempre le echan la culpa a los medicos cuando los turnos los manejan la administración. Te enteras en el momento de atenderte. UN DESASTRE Y DESDE QUE ME HICE SOCIO ME AUMENTARON LA CUOTA DOS VECES POR AÑO TODOS LOS AÑOS, NI HABLAR DEL COSEGURO QUE ES CARISIMO. DEJÓ DE SER RECOMENDABLE HACE TIEMPO

    No es la primera vez que me pasa, hace años que voy al hospital con mi obra social y nunca tuve problemas, pero últimamente para sacar turnos tenes que esperar 30-40min en el teléfono hasta que te atienden, y cuando te podes comunicar.. para un turno simple, por ejemplo un otorrino tenés 4 meses de demora.. y te tratan como si la culpa fuera tuya.. que sentido tiene? Es una pena lo que está pasando con la salud :( espero que puedan volver a dar servicio real a la gente.

    I requested an appointment for ophthalmology in September 23, they gave it to me for January. The ophthalmologist went on vacation and my appointment was postponed to JULY, so basically I had been waiting for an appointment for 10 MONTHS, in that sense a disaster.
