Guille was my favorite vegan spot in Buenos Aires. The staff were friendly, the space cozy, and the food delicious. The Anticuchos de Girgolas appetizer was good with skewered mushrooms with potato. The Papas a la Huancaina appetizer was a delicious potato dish with a creamy cheesy topping. The Papas a La Diabla entree was a tasty hot pot of potatoes, vegetables, and seitan. You can choose seitan or another option - I recommend the non-seitan option for texture and flavor. A fourth dish, whose name I forgot, was also a hot pot with a non-seitan protein. It was a delicious mix of flavors and texture. The jar of passionfruit juice was delicious and I recommend it as an accompaniment. Overall, a definite spot to visit for vegan food. My advice though, beware of how many dishes you order with potatoes. The above combination was too many potatoes and left us feeling very full - too full for dessert.
