Also one of the administrative staff at the entrance was talking about politics with a customer while they took a while to serve. This place has deteriorated too much, the only good thing is its old architecture, then as a health institution it is not worth what they charge. Seek care in a better place, with professionals who at least have some empathy with the patient.

    fui a buscar una receta para lentes e hice realmente muy rápido. se puede concurrir sin turno, y esperar a ser atendido (estuve menos de 10 minutos en la sala de espera). las instalaciones son correctas, no se ve el lugar muy moderno pero realmente no necesitaba mucho más. La atención perfecta, muy amables y pacientes. Al estar al lado del congreso, puede ser un inconveniente llegar en día de manifestaciones, pero por otro lado, puede q ese sea un factor que afecte la cantidad de gente q concurre a atenderse.

    Las 2 veces que fui, fue para la guardia. Siempre me atendieron muy bien y bastante rápido. Solo me gustaría que para las personas jubiladas tengan un monto diferencial o convenio con PAMI, ya que es bastante la consulta y estaría bueno que para estas personas entreguen muestras, ayudarían un montón .

    Tuve una visita y la recepcionista Celeste Rodríguez, no espero a que obtenga el Token y se puso a atender otra persona. Me parece una falta de respeto. Cuando me acerqué a pasarle el dato, que lo hice en menos de un minuto, me dijo que estaba atendiendo. Por suerte su compañera nos atendió, salvando la mala atención. Tuvimos que esperar muchísimo. Hay más de 15 personas esperando guardia.

    El personal administrativo tiene muy poca educación para atender al público. El personal médico tiene una atención básica sin nada destacable. No recomendable este lugar. El que tenga obra social que revise su cartilla y si quiere, que opte por otra opción. Ésta claramente no es la mejor. Lo digo como trabajador de la salud que atiende pacientes todos los días.
