You can't get a bad service here. Ted Adkins, the head colorist, has been my colorist for over a decade and is BRILLIANT! He has trained hundreds of colorists and no matter what you have done you can rest assured it will be above and beyond your expectations. Linda cuts hair beautifully, always up to date on the latest styles and will advise you on trying something new that will compliment you personally. Love, love, love this place!

Ted is a color genius and Rita cut and styled my hair better than any where I have been. I'm from NY and have been to fabulous salons that weren't even close in getting my hair as beautiful as they did. As long as I live in Chicago, I won't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Michael Thomas since one of the owners - Ted joined the salon, which may be closing in on two decades! They have many great colorists. I have been going to Maria for many years and highly recommend her. She always makes my hair beautiful and I constantly get compliments from women and men on my hair.

I have gone to Maria at this salon for color for over 10 years and she is just fabulous. She's like family now and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Recently, I tried Inga for lashes and it was also wonderful! She was willing to work with me on exactly what I wanted and I am so happy. I can't wait to try another service! We are really lucky to have this salon in this area. My daughter's wedding is in 1 week and I'm going to look fabulous! Thank you!

Saad is the best hair stylist. I have wavy hair and he is the ONLY one I have found that can blow dry it beautifully straight.

I have been coming here since my friend recommended it to me few years ago. I always love my haircut, and I highly recommend Saad. I have also had the spray tan done here, which also turned out nicely. The girl put the level of color I requested, and the room had a mini heater which is nice with the chill of a spray tan application.

I find myself lucky to have come to Michael Thomas for my haircut and continued to seek multiple services ever since. I would like to mention specifically about Liama. She is the best massage therapist that I ever had. She is excellent!! I like Cheli too and is good at hair color. Unis does good at mani-pedi. Overall great experience!

Just enjoyed a spa day, got a facial with Inga that was amazing. All organic products, the aroma's were so relaxing. My full body massage that was one of the best I have ever gotten. Hot stone part was the best. My nails were with Gina, who kept me laughing the whole time. My nails looked perfect when she was done
