This review will be about the facts. It's nicer than a bowling alley. It offers more than a bowling alley And so it costs more. Food was okay to good. I didn't care for the portions. Not a fan of the pizza or the mozz bites. Blue moon beer size was fabulous. Kid friendly but I really think this could be more fun as an adult outing so you can enjoy it all. I recommend saving money by going on groupon 1st but know that you have to wait 24hrs before use. Staff was friendly. With the exception of the manager putting shoes left behind by a paying customer on top of/near by the garbage can. But everyone else had some sense of customer satisfaction. You should also be aware that food orders are automatically charged a gratuity. The traditional wings were really good. Kids enjoyed themselves. I am not use to spending $200 out bowling, but I think they are worth it.

Came here for a Halloween event for special needs and we stopped by the arcade like we always do. Tonight was such a lucky night for my friend and I. Jose used some of his employee points to win his plushy after swiping like 20 times of my friends card. When my friend went to get his prize Jose gave my friend an extra spin and Nick my friend managed to get a Jackpot and win him 1,000 tickets. I also got 4th place on the leaderboard on Pac-Man. My experience here was awesome and staff was friendly. I would totally recommend coming here to have a fun time.

I have been at this place multiple times with friends. Latest was a corporate event participation for my area. It was overall a great experience and food was amazing. Bowling as everyone likes but you should also try the laser tag if you have not. You will love it and would want to play again and again. It's addictive. Overall I would recommend this place to all friends multiple times. Also with my latest experience it is a good place for corporate gathering and fun time too.

I had such an amazing time here tonight! I visited here tonight for a disability Halloween Party and just in general, I’ve liked coming here since 2015 when it used to called Brunswick Zone. I’ve always appreciated this place and tonight was undoubtedly my best night ever! I so can’t wait to come back in the future.

Grandson had a birthday party with two other friends. I really was impressed how nice the bowling alley was! The food served for 30 boys was very good and the staff took very good care of us. What’s important is my grandson was happy and so were his friends.

From getting down on one knee to engage with my son to ensuring our satisfaction as guests throughout his shifts, Jose's exceptional service, including motivational support for winning prizes, distinguishes Bowlero as our preferred destination. As residents in wheeling, this was our first time in bowlero and Jose was exceptional to ensure as customers we felt as if it was a culture of care environment.

We had a work event here. It was pretty good. For food, we had Wings and pizza; they were perfect. We also played laser tag. It was lots of fun
