Happy we stopped by because of small business Saturday and I am glad we did. Super cozy, fun and relaxing atmosphere. Everything looks so good and when they were out of chai (which broke my heart) the cashier recommended her go to drink.. Honey latte with cinnamon. I got mine with oat milk and it’s perfect. Love a good coffee place.

Amazingly good coffees. Had an almond milk latte and it was perfect! I visit my sister in northern Illinois and love Country Donuts down the street. This place is awesome.... will be back often while in this part of Illinois.

I've been coming here since I moved to the area. A lot of my friends have worked here and I always loved it. After they started expanding into other cities this location became an atmospherical dump as they were basically running a lot of operations out of here. But I just came in for the first time in a month and wow! They did an absolutely phenomenal job re-decorating this space. If you are wondering about quality of the coffee, its the best you can find in the area. I will definitely be coming here more often. I am wondering where Allen's new spot is though...

I really want to give this place 5 stars, I've loved their coffee every time I've ordered, but the wait has been long every time, this last time, I was in the drive thru almost 25 minutes. It's worth it to me for the coffee, but this issue needs to be fixed. Staff has been friendly and their coffee has been flavorful, albeit almost warm instead of hot. I would still highly recommend trying their coffee if you have some time to spend waiting for it.

Conscious Cup delivers on all fronts. From the moment you walk in the door, you are pleasantly and intentionally greeted. The baked goods are delicious and they have a wonderful selection of freshly roasted beans for all tastes. I grabbed a pour over when I was here last, and it was delicious and perfectly balanced! Thank you, Conscious Cup!

It's a nice stop But $11 & change for a med vanilla capp & a large hot peppermint tea is ridonculous!!! And FYI, on this day Aug 18, 2020 it now costs $8.00 + for a 20 oz vanilla ella granita w/ milk substitute. 😣

Stopped here to try out the coffee and was surprised to see the awesome breakfast menu! Smoked salmon on a soft bun with cream cheese and greens was delicious. So happy to get my fave breakfast item (smoked salmon). I had the caramel iced latte and it was great as well. Try this place out!

Such a cute little coffee shop with great drinks and merchandise! I got their iced honey lavender latte and it was a ten out of ten!

It has a very welcoming atmosphere. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I got the honey bee latte and it was delicious. Not too sweet highly recommend this coffee that small batch roasted on site.

Edit: Yeahh I'm done with this place. Called the shop to ask if they had the Two Birds sandwich specifically and the girl who picked up said that they did. Great! What I should have done was ask if they can hold it for me.. because 20 minutes later I get there and the barista behind the register tells me they're all out of eggs and therefore cannot make any sandwiches. I only drove out for the sandwich, and actually trusted the person who answered the phone (my mistake). Won't bother anymore Their coffee is great, absolutely love it, but I'm not sure if it's just my bad luck or bad timing, but the past 5 visits there have been disappointing. I mostly go for their sandwiches, and again, maybe it's bad timing because I usually come in Friday or Saturday mornings, but every time I come in for one reason or another they don't have the sandwich I want (Two Birds). Either they ran out of ingredients for the sandwich, or they don't have it all, period. And it's not just the Two Birds, they cross out half of the sandwiches on their menu these past several times I've come in- it's strange and very discouraging as I go there mostly for the sandwiches. Again, maybe bad timing, but it's one thing if this was a once or twice incident. No, this has been the issue for the past 5 visits I've been there (within the past month) and now I don't even want to bother coming in just to be disappointed once more 🤷🏽‍♀️ I hate writing reviews like this but.. damn, I had to comment.

First time here and I really love the options on the menu. The employee who helped me was super nice and made me a vanilla caramel frozen latte which was amazing. I really like that they are fast service and have a drive thru. Can’t wait to go back to try the smoothies and food items.

The best chai lattes, so spicy and delicious! I like to get a tasty drink and sit for a few minutes in the relaxing atmosphere. Also recommend the matcha latte and made-to-order sandwiches. The staff is friendly and professional. Nice clean place with several seating areas and local art on walls. If you are in a hurry, it also has a drive through, or order ahead through the Joe app.

Strong blissful coffee! And their fresh breakfast sandwiches!! Little on the pricey side but hey it's the age we live in. It's my special treat! Highly recommend the vanilla Carmel. And the Amarillo sandwich if you like a little kick. 😋 This is a coffee that will truly get you moving though...

The best raspberry latte I've had in a while. Also the croissants were super fresh and delicious! A bit pricey but worth it. The seating area was not that cozy and a little all over the place. Wanted to stay but instead decided to take my coffee to go. Will definitely be back. Please do something about your dining area so it's more inviting and will make you wanna stay.

One might be off-put by the higher than average prices, but once you try some Conscious Cup coffee, you'll understand that it's all worth it. Their coffee is simply phenomenal. Their coffee drinks actually taste like rich, bold coffee and not the sugary swill that Starbucks peddles. I love Conscious Cup and even if the prices mean getting coffee a little bit less often, it's so worth it.

Good coffee and prices. Just need to dial in the consistency a bit. I order the Vanilla Ella hot regularly and it's taste can vary depending on who is working. Seems to be a problem with a lot of cafes ands eatery's lately. Picture is from one of my favorite baristas. She is always on her game.

Great coffee shop and nice staff! My first time here was amazing. I absolutely love this place. The staff was so nice and helpful!

The baristas at this locale are among the best in the area. They pull tasty shots and have been known to pour a flat bedded v60. Breakfast sandwiches are top tier. Variety of fresh roasts. They also supply ample kit for the at-home connoisseur.

We ordered a raspberry white chocolate latte and a babycino. To eat we ordered a Nutella croissant. The latte was a little sweeter than would of liked but it tasted really good. I came with my 9 year old on Saturday morning and the vibe was calm and relaxing.

We hired Conscious Cup to provide alcohol free beverages at our wedding. Plus we love coffee and lattes. Leading up to our wedding, we were able to taste test a wide variety of their home made syrups. This was my highlight to wedding planning. We learned a lot and it was so much fun. The lattes and teas that they served were delicious. We received a lot of compliments about the coffee bar. I would recommend Conscious Cup for a wedding coffee bar or any large event.

We were in the mood for coffee around 6pm so wanted to try this place out. Really cool decor. I think they roast beans there but didn't see it happen. I'm assuming the roaster and bean bags aren't just for show. We got two different coffees with flavorings and 2 cinnamon rolls. Both of the coffees tasted the same and couldn't really tell the flavorings we ordered. If the flavors were there they were so muted we couldn't even tell there was hazelnut in one. The cinnamon r rolls were "ok" not the traditional flavor we were hoping for. We had to ask them to warm them since we were eating there. They were very messy so I went back to the counter to ask the same staff that sold us the 2 cinnamon rolls for Forks. She handed me one, I needed to ask for another one. Then I needed to go back to ask for Napkins because there were none anywhere but behind the counter, again stingy on the Napkins and had to ask for two knives because they were just going to give me one. Nice place to drink your coffee and eat food but I don't think we'll be going back, not impressed with the coffee and food.

We have been coming here since it opened across the street! They ate amazing and somehow just get better with time! Their all homemade view is why ice had no issue even bringing the kids since they were born! Kids streamers are the best!

I can’t recommend this place enough. Every member of the team is friendly! The lattes are refreshing and delicious every time! The prices are fair! The food and baked goods are unmatched! The inside atmosphere is inviting! The rewards system makes sense! I have dined in and utilized drive thru. I saw another reviewer slightly criticized the drive thru being on the slower side. And I’m going to take that to task. Is it as fast as a big box coffee joint? No of course it’s not. They put genuine care into crafting your beverage here. It’s not just a assembly line of blenders and pump bottles. It’s skilled baristas crafting fresh beverages made to order. I wouldn’t rush that even if it was an option. I’d rather have a good beverage each and every time vs a fast though mediocre beverage some of the time. I am from Arlington Heights. And years ago maybe 2014 I came here for a day trip, by recommendation of a coworker. I remembered loving this place back then. And kinda forgot about it. Fast forward to a few months ago my best friend lives in the area and we have frequented most all of the coffee shops in the area. Then I stumbled upon the google listing for here. The name sounded familiar… and then it hit me why. I always wanted to come back and forgot till then. I instantly dragged my best friend there. We both had a wonderful visit. And have come back many times since. Each time bringing more people with us. I will gladly be a patron of Conscious Cup any time I’m in town and will gladly recommend it to anyone any chance I get. The Avo BaCato sandwich was incredible! Their iced lattes are SO good and I love coming in here to work for a few hours. If you’re there for a while, they have a pitcher of water if you need it!

Our new Saturday morning "date night" spot to get a really good cup of coffee and something tasty to eat while we have an hour to just relax. I recommend the white chocolate and raspberry scones. The espresso drinks are excellent with everything made from beans that are ethically sourced and then roasted in house at the front of the shop. The atmosphere is relaxed and there's a constant flow of customers rolling through with plenty choosing to sit and enjoy their coffee. The customer service is wonderful. Happy employees give a better customer experience.

Takes super, super long in the drive thru then my food was cold and had to sit and wait longer for it. I get the new coco moco hot and it’s also cold and had to give it back as well! I have came here before and this is the second time this happens. Literally more than 10 minutes waiting. Not good service at all! Won’t come back for a while Crystal Lake!

Came here for an early morning work session. Great atmosphere and the coffee is very good. Very comfortable for getting work done in a relaxed setting. My only comment is the Wi-Fi. Would be better if you did not have to give out your email and (assumedly) be subjected to ad emails. Small negative, and not nearly enough of an thing to matter much but still worth commenting about. -Great coffee shop, will be back again I'm sure.

Conscious Cup serves high quality specialty coffee. Their staff is well trained. Never had a bad experience. My coffee is always very good 👍.

Staff is friendly, and they have interesting new ordering options due to Covid-19 such as ordering ahead of your arrival. Their available coffee in packages can be ground at your request, and they have recommendations on how coarse a grind based on the method you're brewing with at home, so let them know! Always a good and fresh cup of coffee, support local!

Not quite what I expected. I stopped into to this cafe to pick up some freshly roasted coffee and was expecting a little assistance. I was expecting someone to tell me about their coffees, maybe provide some recommendations. The place was clean and the bakery items looked good. The coffee I bought had been roasted within the last few days. There are many bags of coffee scattered around the coffee with only a short description on the bag. They have a good website but I was looking for a little human interaction.

The Seventh Heaven is my absolute favorite! I also love their breakfast sandwiches-so filling and delicious!

Hands down the BEST Chai. Love how spicy they make it as well. It's just perfection in 16oz, my go to size. Definitely made from scratch. You can tell. Don't change anything about it. It's not like another place that gets chai from elsewhere. This is a Gem of a place. I'm from out of state & everytime I'm visiting family nearby I come here.

I shopped online to send coffee beans to a relative for Christmas, and could not believe that it was delivered (locally) the next day!! Im sure the coffee is great, but the shipping and checkout process was so great for gift-giving!

Food is great. Always go there for breakfast and have never been disappointed. They have every thing you want at reasonable prices.

They don’t accommodate children had another customer complain about my grandson so I stopped going and the prices are too high for the Frappuccino‘s an desserts. Other than that they have tasty items. I don’t drink coffee so I could care less if it’s roasted in a tank or made on your stove. Some of the customers are snooty so I decided to keep going to Starbucks.

I'm so happy i discovered this gem of a place! I am in love with their lattes. I've tried the chai, mocha and white raspberry and all of them were really delicious! The best part about them? The drinks are mildly(perfect for my taste) sweetened and not sickly sweet like the "chain stores" without compromise on flavor! I'm on a mission to try all their drinks now :D

I always love it here. The salted caramel pumpkin spice is back the day before I have to leave, so I was giddy to have this treat. There was an accidental mix-up and I got plain (but y'all still really delicious) latte. I called and they fixed me on the spot no questions asked. I got my treat before ending my vacation and had fantastic service while at it. I always make it a point to come here and you should too
