Service Dept: Took my Fiat Spider in for service (the car is basically a Miata) because of a disappointing experience with a Fiat dealer's service dept. Every member of the service team I dealt with today at Mazda of Crystal Lake treated me with professionalism and courtesy. I was anticipating needing shocks and breaks; and instead of going forward with those repairs, the team inspected my car end to end and insured me those systems were fine and I came away with only needing the oil change that was due. Thank you for the great service and integrity. I am a customer for life !!!

Over price for brake flush and oil change. This is a second time that they did not offer car wash complimentary to me or an incentive to vacuum the front passenger or driver floor. I did not want to have to ask for the service this time since I have waited for over an hour for the service to be done. If I listen to my husband and take my car to the local store near our house I would pay at least $100 less for brake flush plus vacuuming.

Excellent customer service! The price online is the price you pay! I was able to figure out everything from taxes to how my down-payments would affect the price to different choices in financing! All online! And It wasn’t different when I got there either! We’re not pushy about selling me things I didn’t want. Ethan was so nice to work with. Very friendly and went through all the things on the car. We went out of our way to go and get this vehicle (1.5 hour drive) and would do it again. Unlike some local Mazda dealerships closer to my home - these people know how to treat their customers!!

Nico at this place has to be the best salesman i’ve dealt with. Not a guy who is trying to sell you on things you definitely don’t need. He was also suuuper relatable with me and everyone i was with! If you need a car come see the man Nico!

after a slow start, we came to an acceptable arraignment. Everyone was very nice. This was the first time I've used this dealer but would recommend them. Follow-up service was well handled too

If you buy a car from here dont expect them to be able to provide you service! In the last 13 years I purchased 4 cars from here. No more! They reduced their hours ( no Saturday) because of Covid and never reestablished their service hours or quality. They used to offer loaner cars to help work around this massive inconvenience but those have been taken away as well. Their prices for things like tires are way above industry norms.

Bought a car from them. Our salesman Cody was awesome. We visited once just to drive some cars and he never pushed or pestered, even printing off spec sheets for us to reference without us having to ask for them. We came back several weeks later to start the actual process and he was straightforward and welcoming through the entire process. We negotiated and didn't spend hours waiting for responses or anything like that. I fully expected I would have to come back on a weekend and dedicate an entire day wasting time but we signed papers and shook hands in an hour or so. Honestly it was so short I didn't think to track the time closely. Long story short, if you're buying ask for Cody and he'll take excellent care of you.

EDIT: I just picked up my vehicle, and it went even smoother than I hoped. Let's just say that these people are very ethical, which was a very important thing for me. Low pressure and very honest! It was worth the 3 hour drive! The buying process is very easy. Up front quotes and disclosures. No hidden fees. Alex and Leah are easy to work with. Look forward to picking up my car on Monday!

Of all the dealerships I've been to these salespeople are the best! They still have alot of selection and the prices are still good! Very happy I went here

Update: came back 11 months later for 2 different services and had an awesome experience with my new go-to person, Guillermo. He went above and beyond his way, twice, to help out with a 3/36 inspection before the warranty expired, then later some small body work. Highly highly recommended, Guillermo is the best and will be the place I go for years to come. Came in for the first time to do the 20k service (oil, brake fluid, air filter) on my new-to-me 2019 RF. Had an excellent experience, Nico was awesome in the service dept. I’ll be coming back for all my future service.

Price was $200 over the quoted price. Receipt stated that I got a courtesy cleaning when the car was clearly not cleaned.

We had an excellent used car buying experience at Anderson! It was well worth our 2 hour drive to work with the people at this dealership and find a 2021 CX-5 that fit our needs and was priced fairly. Sales Team member Kayla B. and Sales Manager Jim M. were both very personable, upfront, low-pressure, and fair in working with us to come to an agreement. We left with a beautifully detailed, full-tank vehicle along with appreciation for the people and professionalism at Anderson!
