Such a sweet and thoughtful person! She did my nails with such Grace and accuracy and they came out wonderful! I’m definitely coming back to get my nails done 💅🏾 she was so kind and kept a good conversation going throughout the process which made things more comfortable and entertaining as well.

I had the pleasure of receiving a pedicure and gel manicure from Kayla and it was amazing!!! I am known to be very particular and hard to please as I’ve grown up in a nail shop and know all the tricks of the trade but baby Miss Kayla got me all the way together!!! She listened to my concerns and suggested treatments like the paraffin wax to seal in moisture which worked wonders!! She is very thorough and efficient while being super creative. Can’t wait to my next appointment!!!

Today was my first time at JNR Salon & Day Spa and I had a great experience due to friendly staff, clean atmosphere, great products, and no wait time. I had a blowout and a haircut beautifully done. Thanks to Jennifer I now understand my hair better. Looking forward to returning and continuing my hair journey at JNR Salon & Day Spa!

UPDATE JULY 2023- Kayla is still fabulous- Google didn't allow me to add a new one so I'm adding onto this one. Had my nails done by Kayla. She did my nails 4 weeks ago before our 2 week vacation, gel polish still looked great after 4 weeks. Very reasonably priced, I will be going back.

Kayla was great! Very professional, polite and attentive. She listened to my requests for my nails and provided a great service! A couple of my French tips did not set properly (slightly warped) but she did not charge extra for the tips as her service normally would cost and did her best to correct them and for that I am grateful as it shows accountability which seems to be hard to come by with nail techs! I will be going back to her soon! The salon/tools were taken out of a package beforehand and the pedicure bath was lined with plastic showing that they are a hygienic salon which is also a must!

Jennifer is knowledgeable and cares about helping clients grow & retain healthy, natural hair! She recommended services and products, and was attentive and checked in with how I was feeling during the whole process and answered all my questions, including about her salon’s additional services. She even wrapped my hair to keep it fresh for an appearance I had the next day. (The photo shown is after sweating a bit 🥲). I’ll be back in 8 weeks!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Nina for almost 2 years now and she is without a doubt one of the top nail techs in Western NY. I walked into the salon and was immediately greeted by Jennifer. She showed me where to go and checked in during my appointment! Nina suggested at my last appointment that I try a structured gel manicure because I use my hands a lot and gel just wasn’t lasting. My set now lasts me until my next appointment!! Nina has always made me feel welcome and her service is 5 stars!

I was flying into Buffalo for a wedding and wanted a blowout. Having no point of reference I searched for a salon near the hotel in which we were staying. I called to schedule and spoke with Jennifer. She was professional and courteous on the phone, needed to check on something. She promised a call back and did so almost immediately. The wedding day arrived and my friend and I went to the salon. What’s an awesome experience from start to finish. Jennifer was friendly and pleasant and asked a lot of questions to determine exactly what we wanted. She used products she created which smelled and worked incredibly well. I have been getting my nails done by Nina for a few months she is fantastic. She is kind and her work is amazing! I recently got my hair done by Jennifer and she is kind and helped me get my hair together that I ruined lol, she cut my ends and gave me so much information on my hair.

This was my first time going to JNR Salon & Day Spa with Jennifer, and my experience here was a great one. She was honest with me about my hair situation and educated me on what to do to get it and keep it in a healthier state.
