First time coming to this casino with my dad and friends. I watched them play at many slots and nobody won nothing. Over 1k I saw them insert into the machines. They were all disappointed but we had a great time. I enjoyed myself drinking coffee and enjoying the atmosphere.

Spent thousands of dollars on the slots and rarely got a bonus. On the off chance you get a bonus, your winnings are slim Pickens!!! I'll keep my money to myself!!

The Table games are a lot of fun. But the slots are taken very serious. Different people own the slots than do the table games. The sports bar is a welcome addition. Certain days are better than others. (I have only had negative experience with the slot machines. I was told I touched a button and the game played. Untrue) Play free slots 🎰 ($15 credit and $15 to sign up for a card and then cash out and play table games or sports) The dealer Vee is awesome! Always tip her at least a dollar or it’s bad luck. The people are great. Just won’t spend my own money in the spot machines. Word to the wise (You can’t lose with house money πŸ˜‰) Gamble Responsibly πŸ™πŸ» It can ruin relationships. Money is just a tool. I bet nobody read this much. Good luck πŸ€ to all! ☺️ (just be wise in the 🎰) there is a reason the casino never closes πŸ€” i wonder why?

I really like going here. It's fun, clean, and the people that work there are so nice. And for all those people going there and using the bathrooms they are really kept up pretty good. ( When you see the cleaning person it wouldn't hurt to tip them. I'm sure they would appreciate it. I just wish the machines would hit more.

Very very very dirty! Card tables are gross! Floor by elevators chipped and chunks are missing. Never seen a waitress the entire time. Stayed for 1/2 Bills game. Women's bathroom was surprisingly clean as for the rest of the place was filthy! I have never seen a casino dirty let alone filthy! Gross! I will never go back.

This casino is located on 114 falton st, Buffalo ny. The exterior of the parking lot was small but they have a parking garage at a small fee. The interior of this casino was clean and organized with plenty of employees who help us having a great time. There are cards, dice and plenty of machines To have a fun and enjoy. Great job to the owners and employees who keep this place safe and clean πŸ‘ Gerry

pretty clean. the bartenders / help on the floor do their best but usually short staffed. good people. slots: EMBARRASSINGLY LOW amount of jackpots paid (only $1200). 2** based on slot pays - i know the place wasn’t built on winners - but for the last 3-6 months it has been a joke. would not recommend unless things turn around and fast. * black card member *

THE STAFF WAS PATIENT WITH A SENSE OF HUMOR AND ATTENTIVE BUT THE ACTUAL CASINO GAVE ME 1980'S VIBES. IT LOOKED LIKE THE MOVIE SET " CASINO " BUT MORE WORN DOWN AND DEVOID OF ACTION. FOR PEOPLE WHO SMOKE - THERE'S AN ENCLOSED AREA FOR SMOKERS AND ADEQUATE BATHROOM FACILITIES !! I WAS THERE AROUND 4:00 P.M. WITH MY ROOMMATE BUT THE INSIDE FELT MORE LIKE 5:00 A.M. IN THE MORNING. JUST HOPING THE CASINO DOES SOME REMODELING IN THE NEXT FIVE YEARS TO BRING BACK PEOPLE INTO THE CASINO. AT LEAST THERE'S A COURTESY PHONE TO CALL A TAXI SERVICE TO PICK YOU UP AT THE CASINO IF YOU'RE TOO DRUNK. NO FREE DRINKS FOR GAMBLERS , IT'S ONLY FOR HIGH ROLLERS AND EXCLUSIVE VIP CARD HOLDERS.

Ate at the Cafe Restaurant. I had chicken fingers and fries and my husband had the turkey club. Not bad. Gave enough food for the price.

BEWARE!!! This has been almost 20 visits to Seneca Buffalo Creek And I have had the same result every time..Losing 5 - 8 hundred on machines repeating the same patterns that are manipulated or turned down to lowest payout after 8 pm thru the night!!!... I am going to advocate for NYS to place private casinos next to Native American Casinos ...they dont have to pay taxes yet still take advatage of less fortunate πŸ˜•

It was busy, noisy, lights were flashing and the group that I was with were excited. Most everyone that was with me ended up bringing home more that they came with or only lost a few dollars. All in all everyone had a great time and in the end, isn't that what entertainment is all about.

Came after the bandits game to turn in my free play from the game ticket, was told to wait in line over 30 min then told because the social club is now closed I can no longer redeem my free play, even though I was there before they said that area closed, total embarrassment being with a friend that’s never come to the casino before, was told I should just try back tomorrow….. ridiculous

I don't win there , spend large amounts and nothing, never hit anything to scream about! Just once in a while would be nice. My number should be up after years playing there, come on!!!!!

This is an adequate casino with good selection of games. The location is great. Where it fail miserably is its brutal rewards card. Lousy comps, very hard and expensive per point and pretty useless comps when you do get points. Of the 30 or so north American players clubs I'm a member of, this is hands down the worst.

As a slot player I know the casino always wins, I've never gone to a one to make money rather to spend a few hours for a reasonable cost. Seneca casinos were the place to go, but unfortunately not anymore. After the post pandemic reopening their machines have become so tight they feel like paper shredders. Playing small bets ($1) you can easily spend $300 an hour without any chance of a reasonable payout. After 12 years as regulars, we decided to never go there again. Playing while knowing your money will only buy a fraction of the time it used to is not fun.

The atmosphere is full of old people trying their luck, most don't budge on certain machines. My first time going I put in 120 and ended up walking out with 450. Drinks are a tad expensive and not many employees are walking around. The smoke room gave me a massive headache but it was my fault for going in there in the first place haha. I can say I was the youngest person there, 22 on a Monday night. A old man bought me a drink and I was very greatful. The bartenders are nothing but sweet and deserve tips!!! Good luck on your games my Friend.

Finally, the main floor is smoke-free. Lost a small amount of money on Roulette, but had fun doing it. Fun casino with some restaurants I eventually will check out.

Haven't been in 5 yrs...just moved back to W. N.Y. from Las Vegas so I know casinos. Went on a Sunday around noon, plenty of parking however I prefer valet parking which they do not provide. I would never self park in a ramp at night for obvious reasons. Very clean inside throughout and staff was nice from walking in and cage and slot departments where I updated my address. Sports book was nice so I hope to cash in my Super Bowl bets! Thanks, will see you all again soon. Bobby.

Rude staff, rude people. Every one treats you like an idiot if you are new to the whole casino scene. People who work here are very condescending. Drinks are extremely overpriced. This casino is nothing but a collection of money eating arcade or machines. There are no clear instructions about games and takes you a few dollars and a few attempts to get a hang of it. People who work here are not nice.

The environment is beautiful and lively. The only thing I didn't find is the self-service drink room.

Table games are limited to BJ variants, but you can get a tap beer here for $5-7 w/o comps, and that's pretty great. Hope they expand to bring in Poker, but noted it's prohibitively expensive

We came up on 1/30 to have a relaxing overnight stay. We expected to go to the pool and hot tub, but much to our surprise, the pool was closed for annual maintenance. The website said it was closed in November for maintenance, so we figured it would be open. Didn't know it was closed until we got in the room, and there was a letter stating it was closed. Please keep your website updated so other quests aren't disappointed as well. Ask if we could be compensated for it not being open and came up specifically for that but was told no. Will call every time before we book going forward.

Decent casino. We went and played $40 while in town for a concert. Not an over glamorous casino but we had fun there. Servers were nice and served us quickly.

Fairly small casino. Cigarette smoke was plentiful. Only 2 roulette tables were running on a Saturday night. The slots selection is also pretty bleak. I did come out on top, otherwise it would have been a 2 star rating.

Games are always fun, bartenders are super nice! Best way to kill time after a sabres game or bandits game. Instead of sitting in traffic have some fun at the casino!

I receive promotions on the app. I went to use my $40 free play and it's not available. I went to promotions and they told me it ended at 3pm. Nowhere does it state a time. It never does on the app . It provides the day only. Needless to say they did absolutely nothing about it. I'm a black card holder and they are skimping $40 free play in which they get back anyways. Stingiest casino I've ever been to. $40 free play is freaking laughable compared to other local casinos. Maybe put some money into your app and hire someone that will specify the dates and times of your cheap promotions. I'm sure people spend more money on gas to get to the casino, than you give free play. I'll be spending my money at the other local casinos that actually reward their players.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was at the casino on a Wednesday night and the blackjack dealer completely skipped over me. I wanted to take a hit and would have got 21. Joe the manager came over and refused to honor the play. Disappointed in the experience.

Easy access with the parking deck ...I'm a non smoker so I was bothered by the smoke in the building. I find the machines very tight . I only stopped to play Brian Christopher's pop pays n more machine.

Clean casino and decent atmosphere, but sort of small with a limited variety of table games and slots. Table limits are middle of the road during slow times so not the most expensive but the place can get sort of boring quick after an hour or two. Worth a flyer if you are passing through town but I wouldnt go out of my way to come here. Drinks are not complimentary here unlike many other casinos. Staff was all generally friendly and helpful.

My machine jammed and my voucher wouldn't print. Waited 15 min for service. She was rude and nasty. She couldn't fig it out and got up and said you'll have to wait for someone else. 15 more min had to wait and flag down service man, he was equally as rude. He finally printed my voucher and held it above his head for me to grab. Went to next machine and put it in and it said not valid see cashier. I went to cashier and explained all of the above, she had no comment just handed me my money. No free play for my trouble, NOTHING! Horrible experience and will never return!!

Great atmosphere. Walk in with a hundred. Leave with a thousand. It's all on the roll of the dice or even the press of a button . Good food. Fun times Come get rich at your local casino. Buffalo Creek

I love this casino. Easily accessible with their own parking garage. Parking is free. Nice steakhouse you can treat yourself to if ya win, and if you lose they have a lil cafe lol. Nice lil bar in center of casino. The security seems to be better here than what I experienced at the falls location.

  • 4/5 Sandy R. 2 years ago on Google
Best to park is in the attached ramp, as this is the only entrance that is currently open to get into the casino. All other doors are locked , in including the main doors under the overhang. Masks are required and there are hand sanitizing stations available to use by doors and elevator. It was pretty quiet on a week night.

I now know why people gamble. Even though I was a bit clueless, the staff is very helpful. The lucky 38/ The Tops could learn a thong or two... or maybe 10...

Came here to purchase a pack of Seneca cigarettes because they are the cheapest cigarettes available in New York state, especially in the cities. Great atmosphere, very nice staff and accommodating to point me in the right place to obtain my cancer sticks. Would love to come back and play some blackjack as soon as im financially able to lol

The variety of slot games is nice The atmosphere is pleasant and their restaurant is good. I don't do the card games, but the tables always seem to have a decent crowd. And it's super loud of Buffalo sporting event days. Great energy

Just decided to eat there. Loved everything and especially the beef sandwich with the horse Raddish and flavored dipping concoction on the pretzel bun. Found out later that it was a very popular sandwich in the Buffalo area. Absolutely Delicious

I went there to get β›½. Although the price was good per gallon, the nightmare of getting in and out of the very narrow pump zone was really bad. Designed with no signed in and out. You have traffic coming in from all directions. ,πŸ‘Ž
