1. Tops, not friendly at all. Cashiers are usually on their phones, they dont care about customer service in this place. 2. The lady cashier with the blue face-shield, she's judgy, racist and ignorant. I wish the best for that poor sad old woman.

Horrible customer service today with unnecessary blatant disrespect at self checkout. Young dark haired young female treated my poor disabled father like a common criminal and made what made what should have been a quick shopping trip into a ridiculously long ordeal. She insisted that he didn't scan items, which he did as requested but refused to void the second scanning of said items, even after seeing that it was obvious that the total of the small order was obviously much higher than it should have been , therefore making him stand in a somewhat long line to have it remedied, and blatantly and rudely refused to get a manager. Instead she had a security officer come over, drawing unwanted attention to something that absolutely should have been handled in a much more professional manner.

Great parking, many different stores in plaza. Only bad part is people in parking lot panhandling!

I love my neighborhood Tops. Cashiers are fast and always kind. Fried chicken here is bomb. Alwagys clean, I always find what I need.

My home tops. Always stocked and has everything I ever need. Been shopping here for years and I’m that time have had 95% of staff be friendly, helpful and of above and beyond. The other 5% should not be in retail. The only thing that bothers me is your cashiers stand. Give them a chair like Aldi’s does. No one cares if they sit down

Usually clean, adequate carts, and merchandise is stocked. Turkey salad at the deli is awesome! Staff are always helpful and go above and beyond. Never enough cashiers and they close the self-checkout lanes in half randomly. Lanes are roped off in the evenings and security is visible. Parking lot was repaved in 2023. Entrance doors are finicky and several times I came close to bumping my nose before they opened.

An acceptable level of care is taken on food presentation and facing products and displays. Employee interaction was not negative. A plus. Cleanliness in a grocery store is key and unlike some other Tops locations, they maintain. If, despite pricing, you choose Tops, this location would be a satisfactory representation.

Great store with great, friendly customer service. They didn't have any creamer on the shelf but the gentleman in the cooler opened a box and handed me one!

Beautiful place, if you're going on winter make sure to bring your coat because it's freezing.

Bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy and stink and never have any toilet paper. They’re never clean.

Nice selection on groceries, meat department didn't have too much of a large selection the day I went.

The "speedbump" in the parking lot is ridiculous. I will continue driving straight over the curb onto the grass until that is removed again due to the fact its LESS damaging to my car that way.

12/18/22; I'm a retired guy that used a battery cart this day while shopping with my daughter. Sadly I left my LG phone in the battery cart upon leaving store. After starting my car I realized my phone wasn't on me so we checked the lot and the store with no luck. So we let Customer Service know and we left. Once home my daughter looked up the phone location on her GPS it showed within store so she called my phone & a lady answered it saying she had it and is with Customer Service😊 We thanked her offering air-hugs🤗🤗. My daughter's boyfriend and I headed back and got my phone back with much relief! Please dear Lord bless the person who found it and turned it in and bless the lady at Customer Service who held it for me. Thank you all so much😊 Merry Christmas🎅🎄🎅🎄

Even with EBT help from the State, prices have become outrageous. I find myself spending a lot of cash just so I can eat during the month. I've been buying the same food for two years, the prices have tripled for that same food. Good luck to all those others that are feeling the same.

It's deff not the best tops in the area but it gets the job done. They run out of stuff a lot but the store is clean and employees are helpful. They just updated the self checkouts so there are more machines to help get you out the door quicker.

They keep overcharging me for orange juice supposed to be $2.49 and then you charge me 279 every time I've gone in there. One time I asked for a super refund which I got another time I didn't want to argue about it for a super refund there was no one there that could do it so they just gave me the difference out of the register which is completely wrong it's supposed to go into the weights and measures log

WOW!!! What a beautiful TOPS!! I was surprised how beautifully this store is laid out. It is so well lit, plenty of parking, extremely well organized and very, very clean! They have everything you could possibly want and their prices are very competitive. Excellent store!!

Like goin th this tops. Vry clean,organized store. The Goya section wasn't expired by 2 yrs like the tops on south prk @bailey ave. They dnt chck certain sections that they seem dnt alot of customer traffic. That wht the manager told me. They were so embarrased,dey gave me a $20.00 gift card,n let me hv the chipotle green 🫑. I was mkin some white chilly at the time. Some thing told me to look at the date on the can. Lord,n behold it had expired by 2 yrs. I was livid. As well as appauld. Hw could u hv neglected ur Goya section of the store with such dis-regard???. The manager to worried about wlkin around tryin to look cute. He should b worried about the sections of the store that is vry much neglected...

I was very confused going there @ night. I can't judge them completely on that because I hardly go there. Clean. Helpful staff. -1 for my nitenite rendezvous within the maze-like self"checkout mini nightmare.

Good so far. I'm new here and at the beginning seemed expensive, but the bonuses are easy to get through their card and a prices get a little better.

Not a bad store but I can't give them 5 ⭐ Because they cordoned off an exit using carts and male manager said its to prevent theft although security is on duty...... so I'm not sure that fire Hazzard is appropriate in response to theft so hesitantly 3stars is it
