Jenna and Jeanette (Neddie) is THE BEST Therapist they were definitely instrumental in my healing process.

I have been a patient at Excelsior's Downtown Buffalo location twice now and I can't say enough about how great they all are. The reception people, all of the therapists, everyone I worked with was wonderful. I was assigned to Sam over a year ago when I had a bad sprain and I thought she was great. When I got done with that injury I had my knee replaced and I went back to Sam because she's the best! The atmosphere there was so nice. It really seemed like the employees all got along and their camraderie really passed on to the other clents, so the other people working out around you were also very kind and friendly. The encouragement I received got me back on my feet Twice! I highly recommend this location.

I received Occupational Therapy here last year. I would prefer to receive any necessary therapy here. All providers are exceptional.

The team at the Court&Main did a great job. It was hard work getting better, stronger and out of pain but Neddie, Jenna and Neil stuck with me and encouraged me. In the middle of downtown Buffalo they are an oasis of hope. They treated all their clients with respect and compassion.

Physical therapist I believe her name Jeanette's great really stretched me out made me feel real comfortable.

This facility is great. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Convenient location, as I live in the city. Parking was a breeze - almost always got a spot on Court St right next to the entrance. Great team - everyone is very upbeat. My therapist (Stephanie) was attentive, encouraging and if she was working with more than one client, there was always someone available to help me out, keep an eye on me. Equipment is immediately cleaned after each use. Completely positive experience.

I wasn't sure what to expect on my first visit but once I got there I knew I was in the right place. Samantha worked with me and I made remarkable progress in a short period of time thanks to the excelsior team.

Very clean facility, staff is friendly , warm , and professional. Great on hands directions for exercises . Therapists(Neil and Jenna) are very patient .Very pleased that I found and chose this place for my therapy !!!

Possibly the best PT/OT gym I’ve experienced. Staff is super friendly and Encouraging. Kristen helped me out with getting my knee back into shape and is so caring and understanding. My knee is healing up nicely thanks to her! The location isn’t too far from the Rail station which makes it very convenient to get to my appointments on time. An excellent service

Best place for PT in the whole of western New York. Unfortunately have had many many rounds of PT for past injuries and Excelsior staff are phenomenal! From receptionists to doctors, and all the staff in between, they are simply THEE BEST!

Samantha is my therapist and I like her very much. I'm very happy for joining in this center. The stuffs are very nice.

I absolutely love Jenna and the facility. They are very accommodating because I often have to drop my teenager off and take care of things over the phone. I appreciate this because I am a busy single mom.

Jenna is My PT therapist she’s the best!! All the ladies are nice and welcoming, the facility always has good vibes. If you need PT at all, give downtown location a try. The ladies at the front desk are always so kind and helpful as well !

Jenna D. is extremely knowledgeable and so supportive in providing PT support. She is attentive and will encourage me to challenge myself. She understands my goals and works with me to help me achieve them. It is always easy to get an appointment and Jenna always makes me feel like a priority!
