I think this might be the worst service you can ever get from any fast food chain. The wait is long. No explanation given. The staff rather hide than apologizing. Rude reply from staff when asked. Even it is busy, why not smile and explain to waiting customers. I am sure we deserve to know why we need to wait for half an hour while others could get their order in 5 minutes though they order much later. Compared to Jurong East Avenue 1 Yuhua branch, this is far worse. Maybe the staff here can be sent there to learn how they treat elderly and customers. Don't come here unless you plan to train the quality of patience.

I bought 2 value meals. And i cannot request for curry sauce? Staff said that I did not order any meal that required curry sauce. She got angry and shake her head and rudely gave 1. As far as I know, as long as a customer buys any 1 meal they can request for 1 curry sauce. This is why i hate buying from this outlet. Bukit Batok central's staffs are more friendly and helpful.

In reference to other takeaway/to go reviews here - PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING. Walked into the outlet today at 8.37pm, and ordered 2 meals, requesting no salt on fries. Receipt clearly printed the special order. Shortly about 5 minutes my order was prepared and given to me. Without mind, i went home. Please refer to pictures for the saltiest fries on earth. Called the outlet for some recovery service - but the manager after hearing my situation said, “so..?” Me: Well could you do something about it? Manager: Ya can you come back here and collect new ones? Me: No. Why should I since this is on you? This isn’t my fault or order. Manager: Ok will get delivery rider to send you. Me: May i know the estimated time? Manager: No, still trying to get delivery rider. No estimated time. Me: (time is already 9.30pm) Ok, after 10? 11? Or 12? Manager: Definitely not 2 hours. Me: K. Manager: (hangs up without saying bye/thanks/sorry about it) WHAT A JOKE.

The restaurant is often overcrowded during dinner time and no one is controlling the crowd, service is very slow more than 30 mins to self collect orders by app. Worst is no one manage the crowd leading to people who come LATER THAN YOU get to take their food first because whomever complain first get service.

Ice cream machine occasionally is out of order. When it is functional, the ice creams are incredibly quick to melt than other branches, as if the machine is not cold enough. Never sells seasonal ice cream flavours either. Other food items and service are fine.

Pretty chill place to eat Mcds, do note that some times it might get too crowded and the table service might delay, so please be a good Samaritan and help out yourself 🙏🥰🤗

2nd time reviewing this place for chocolate sundae! Again, the same auntie gave me the chocolate sundae with just 1 THIN LINE of chocolate! This time, I told her “auntie, your chocolate is too little” and surprisingly this time she didn’t ask me to pay extra. She took the cup n top up a little more. Still not as good as the other outlets but better than 1 miserable thin line of chocolate.
