I had extremely bad experience in this shop. I went for Family photoshoot and baby photoshoot. Initially she(Chinese old lady) explained also feel like she dont like. Then finally we agreed to the packages & begins the photoshoot of family and he(the old men) snap picture with kind of rush. But im ok with the picture yet not satisfied. Then she came & start to do the baby photoshoot. Those studio always know that baby photoshoot is not easy as for adults. They sometimes cranky. My baby too. Then she was rushed us to eash poses and i ask for review the pic in DSLR Camera. Im sure all the DSLR Camera can view the snapped pictures. But she restricted myself to view in reason cnt show only allowed to show in pc. I insist to view then only she revealed that the DSLR Camera is going to out of battery. Whose faults is this? When we said, she should charge the battery n give us time to get ready n allow us to view the pic in DSLR Camera then suddenly the old men came n shout to us" DONT BEHAVE LIKE BANGLADESH". IS IT A WAY TO TALK TO CUSTOMER? Its our rights to see the pictures when snapped. He said those days people simply take all pictures when "film negatif" seasons. Come on lah. U snap in DSLR & YOUR BATTERY GOING TO FINISH IS NOT MY PROBLEM. IF U RUSH TO SNAP PICTURES THEN DONT AGREE TO TAKE US AS CUSTOMER. I NEVER BARGAIN PRICE ALSO. IM EXTREMLY FRUSTRATED & FEEL WASTED MY TIME AT THIS SHOP. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.

All they care about is money instead of customer satisfaction. A particular staff (not everyone) was not hesitant to show that that she did not like me and I felt very unwelcome. The other staffs were trying their best to help me. She also insisted that I pay for the internet and for the wrongly printed pages. As far as I know, printing mishaps should be accounted by the shop since its not the customer’s fault that the shop did it wrong, and RM1.50 just for ACCESSING the internet (not only usage) is just outrageous. Just go to Lisse, reasonable price, internet access for online documents and the shop is actually run by friendly humans, who have feelings too.

I have a really bad experience with this shop. I went to printed some photos, and when I arrived I heard a sound of kitten crying and surprisingly it came from the tyre of my car. I already in shocked and traumatized cause I almost kill a kitten then the staff came out accusing me trying to throw away the kitten at their shop. I explained to her(a malay female worker) but she just rudely making an annoyed face like I was making up a story. Then a chinese staff came out too, saying "You can't left a cat here!!" which I wasn't! That's never my intention. I even bought a dslr nikon camera few years ago at price of RM3k from this shop, and now I just regret it. I will never come to this shop ever again

Fast service but limited parking space. You need to park at the other side of the road. Service offered includes photo n printing.

frust mula2 sbb dapat CD kosong gambar passport anak, pergi kedai nak dapatkan semula softcopy gambar asal namun hampa, dah delete tiada dlm simpanan.. 😭 tapi staff sgt mbantu.. terbaik akak staff yg mbantu ambil semula gambar anak2.. terubat juga kecewa..terima kasih 👍👍👍👍
