Enormous complex showcasing local arts & crafts, mainly batik. There are glassblowing and batik stamping demonstrations but we did not see those while we were here. Worth a stop if you happen to be in the area, if only to enjoy a respite from the heat and to use the very clean restrooms. Entrance is free and you might leave with a souvenir or two.

Entrance is free. Nice place to visit if you're a fan of craft. Would recommend booking a session to try out their batik painting session, or hands on wax session. Particularly loved this guy's work. He's very friendly, informative, and his batik paints are vivid and attractive. Even tho his paintings are detailed, it seems to come alive without looking too 'neat'. Got to try lovely local delicacies too.

This place is very secluded. The kids had fun painting their own batek. The crafts were neat. We got some cheap souvenirs there. The place lacks promotion, but the location also is very far. Love their painting, batik and works. It needs to be marketed well. Support locals.

I've rated this place as a must go in Langkawi. A big museum comes with separated-theme small exhibition that shows the variety culture in Malaysia definitely meet my expectations with the museum. There is also many beautiful batik clothes, hand crafts and batik-painting, jewelry to purchase with good prices. The washroom is very clean and the overall ambience, atmosphere and experience me and my family have in there is exceed our expectations. Plenty of parkings so you do not need to afraid of no parking. 5 stars deserved. Would be better if there is more workshop for people to be participated like clay workshop or etc. Visited at: 9 August 2022

Definitely worth a trip to this Arts complex on Langkawi. It offers the best deals for Pearl jewellery in Malaysia, and there are much information regarding local arts and culture there too.

We love and like it especially the wooden hand craft item and also a nice experience for us to explore around ( for us = it was a one stop center for handcrafted items) ( By the way, no entrance fees charge / "free" of cost)

Spent about 2 hours here. Nothing much to do. Wanted to let the kids try batik painting but the guy in charge wasn’t around and the staff wasn’t sure when he’d arrive. Bought some customized keychains as souvenirs. Prices are good 👍🏻

There was no one else the day we arrived. It is a large and beautiful building. There is a section on wedding costumes and customs of different ethnic groups. Other than that, it was mostly sales of different handicraft items. We can also see the artists at work. We bought a small kit for batik painting for kids. I will not say it's a must see. But if you are on the way, and would like to kill some time out of the sun, this is a good choice.

Open for public and no entry fee. The location is quite far from other attraction. We drove about 30 minutes from cenang to get here. They sell Langkawi craft such as batik, rattan product and ceramic. The price are reasonable for handmade craft. There’s not so many people when I’m arrive. Maybe because of the location. Parking are plenty.

Langkawi Craft Complex is a good place to loiter during rainy day. It has batik painting some are free some are paid. They also have craft museum (free entry). For ladies, you might be enticed with all sorts of accessories and batik items. I bought green agate bracelet for myself. Overal great experience but the place is a bit too dusty and my husband was not entertained..he got super bored.

While there's a huge variety of craft and batik for sale, would love it more if there are more interactive booths available. The craft museum and glass blowing place were not open even though they should have been, not sure why either. But staff was friendly and place was spacious.

We only have been in the area with the shops, but we liked the variety of local art style available there. If you look for a nice and somewhat typical souvenir definitely worth to go.

We had so much fun here (especially during rainy days). Free entrance (a plus point to this) 😊 We went there the whole family (5 adults and 1 kid), enjoying the mewarna batik activity (pay for 10rm per pax), buy some tudung there (nice material and design, too). Friendly staff/vendor inside the area. Very helpful and accommodative. We finished our mewarna batik at 6pm when the place should be closed at 5pm and they still wait for us to settle our thing. Thank you so much ❤️😊 . They do sell some traditional foods inside there as well. Freshly baked kuih baulu, kuih karas, kuih kapit and many more. . Must try and buy their kuih baulu, kapit, karas, bawang goreng and kuih rose (trust me, you won't regret it) 😊💪

Free entrance. It has a small museum. This place is like a big shop with lots of souveniers and batik. Now they have voucher, if you shop more than rm100 got rm30 discount and more than rm200 the discount will be at rm60.

Definitely the place to find Batik in Langkawi. Sp many designs, colors and types of Batik from shirts to sarong, kaftan to accessories. Need to get a some Batik material or shirts to bring back home? You've come to the right place.
