The restaurant is quite empty the most 20% filled, but you have to queue up under the sun outside the restaurant for a good 15mins. And there's no separate queues for takeaway, you have to join the long queue of diners even if you just want to just take away this is very ridiculous. I had a very good experience at McDonald @ Forum Shopping in my previous review. @ Forum they even guide and assign seats and maximise all possible seatings. You don't even have to queue if you are taking away, as long as the counter area is not crowded you can go in. A total contrast in good management and the bad in the 2 outlets.

Here at 10pm, queued in front of McCafe counter for at least 5 minutes (counter was open) but nobody bothered to come and take the order. There were 2-3 staff standing around packing food (when there really wasn't THAT much orders to pack) and they avoided eye contact. Eventually approached one of the staff to ask to take order and was told "someone will go over".. Continued waiting....

Date of visit: 1 September 2023. Place was quite crowded. Ordered via the mobile app. Order took quite a while to be served, as compared with other McDonald's outlets I have visited. The strawberry sundae that I had ordered had also melted significantly. In addition, observed that the air conditioning in the area near the clear glass panelled walls wasn't strong enough, resulting in a hot and stuffy environment.

Note to self: Go to another outlet to eat. Ordered at 18:52hrs order didn't get prepared. Waited patiently for 20mins and finally decided to approach counter to check. Order was forgotten. Finally received order at 19:19hrs. Not very "fast-food". But still 3 stars cos of very nice and polite staff. :)

The older Mac compared to the Hillion one. But this has lesser crowd and similar Mac standard. Beside BPP is linked to HDB carpark which had cheaper per min parking.

Have always loved this outlet because it is more spacious compared to Hillion Mall. However there are simply too many inconsiderate students over here.

Understand is very busy during peak hours where all the staff need to put in all efforts to clear to e order. However can at least just inform the queuing customer like how long they should wait

i was there with my friend at 2.40 pm and the lady serving us was very rude to my friend. we ordered table service and when my friend used one hand to take the tray from the lady she scolded her for no reason
