Always a favourite with the kids since they were 4 years old cos of the variety of vegetables and thinly sliced meats thats easy for the kiddos. Not to forget the udon and egg noodles. Our usual pick for the soups is the sukiyaki and butaniku. Another favourite is the Fresh Soy Miso but thats needs a $2 top up.

I really loved how efficient the service is here. Before you're seated, you have to decide on whether you want the standard or premium ingredients and what soup bases you want. Once you're seated, the pot is already there and the soup is being heated up. Thereafter you place your order for the meats before helping yourself to the vegetable counter and sauces. The food arrives very quickly. There's an 80-minute dining limit, and when you are left with 20 minutes, you'll be asked if you want to make any final orders. I really enjoyed the beef cube roll as the meat was so tender and was quite lean.

The food is good, the staff is friendly, especially one staff name Zion. He serve all the customers actively and he is very friendly. Overall experience was great. highly recomend to visit this outlet.

Been eating here since I was in Primary school, and Im now a full fledged adult. Taste has been the same and great! Though they do been playing the same songs over and over the speakers though.

The experience at Suki-Ya will always depend on their service staff. If the service is good, you will have a wonderful time. In terms of food quality & variety, Suki-Ya is second to none. Shout out to the outlet at Bukit Panjang Plaza, the service staff are friendly and the food is great! Always a pleasure to go to Suki-Ya@BPP.

First time trying this and it’s not bad! Of course don’t expect the meat cuts and quality to be top notch but it’s decent for a buffet (recommend beef short plate for basic buffet), and not to mention the wide range of dipping sauces and vegetables available. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves trying the various dipping sauces, and the soup base were nice too! Chose sukiyaki (saltier end) and the pork broth (really nice soup for drinking, not salty at all) as recommended by their staff.
