I would highly recommend trying Min Jiang Kueh if you have the opportunity. It is a popular street food in Singapore and can be found at many hawker centers and food stalls. Overall, my review of Min Jiang Kueh is positive, and I think it is definitely worth trying.

Worth the usual long lines. Variety of flavours available. Fluffier and chewier texture compared to the traditional version. Biscoff is a must get

Very nice pancake, I love the peanut flavour. Tastes very traditional. Affordable prices. Long Q but service is quite fast as long as there is a batch available. Will try more flavours next time.

Love the peanut min jiang kueh. Wanted to try their other items but gave up as the waiting time for them is 60 mins?!?! Very long queue, waited for 30 mins just to buy a few min jiang kueh as there is only 1 super slow staff packing the already ready made min jiang kueh and collecting payment.

The classic flavours are $1.50 each . Coconut, red bean and peanut. There are more unique flavours with charcoal flour and match flour at $1.80 each. The pancake is fluffy and filling is generous. This is indeed a popular stall!

Long Q on New Year lunch time. Had wanted the mini munchie but waiting time is 60min :/ The pancake is quite thick with chewiness, we like the peanut filling that's salty, creamy and crunchy. Will probably buy again if the service is faster next time.

Nice and delicious pancake, not very sweat kind, to my liking especially the black sesame one, and a lot of fillings.
