Tried out kskin for the first time and I’m certain that I won’t be coming back. Was served by Tyna and she recommended the Cleanse + Glow combo ($50). All was good until the extraction with the scrubber where she exerted so much force to extract my blackheads that it caused bruising on my skin for a week due to broken capillaries. I believe the scrubber should be used to draw out oil and sebum rather than extracting it? Perhaps my blackheads are stubborn, but in any case, this has made me doubt the professionalism of the staff there as there was also no explanation of each step for a first-timer. Better off paying a bit more for a proper facial.

Had my first facial with Kskin. Tried out this branch and am very satisfied with the session. Tyna (the consultant) was very thoroughly when cleansing my face. She recommended products for my sensitive skin but didnt hardsell them. Overall, a very relaxing and comfortable session with her.

Tyna was really nice and explained all the processes to me! She even recommended me skin care suitable for my skin type :) really enjoyed the session, would come back again! :)

I was tended to by Joyce for a clean+glow combo facial with a 24k gold serum add on. She is very cheerful and friendly which definitely makes the facial session a better experience as compared to some facial places that only sell you services which you don’t need and still gives attitude to customers. She is very knowledgeable about different skin types, patient in explaining about my skin issues and how to care for my skin. I am happy to come back for more facial sessions with her!!

I had my first Kskin facial experience at Bukit Panjang Plaza outlet. I was attended by Joyce, who have been friendly and make the whole process enjoyable. Joyce pointed out my skin type and help to address the concerns I have with my skin. My skin does feel clean after the treatment. Thank you Joyce for the great service!

Good experience! Two ladies attended to me and my mother, guiding and showing us what services they offer. We stated we're looking at the express treatment to try it out and they were so sweet throughout to share with us the different options and add ons that we may try. There was no hard selling though she did recommend a product based on my skin condition but she did not persist after I humbly rejected as I am aware of my inconsistency with products. Would definitely visit again!
