Your fried chicken taste horrible and so dry. Not nice at all. Your backroom kitchen staff need learn how cook the kfc chicken. So horrible taste so bad. Waste of money coming to this outlet in bukit panjang. Really not worthy. Learn to improve your cooking service. Not recommended this outlet in bukit panjang!

Green ridge KFC is a place that I usually go to take away, lesser crowd at most times. BBQ crunch chicken is their newest product, I went to buy it after watching Zermatt Neo’s YouTube. Taste is really savory with Lay’s chips fused with KFC spices. Understand is it for limited time only. It’s a good choice.

It is faster to just queue than using their app! Waited 40 minutes after I ordered! Not sure why they did not progress with any of the pick up orders!

I ordered 2 pc meal & Shrooms meal, the fries are hard, original chicken not tender as before! 🤨 In fact, compare to the KFC in Yangon which I use to visit during my stay in Yangon, Myanmar, theirs is better in taste & texture. Do hope my next visit will be better .

Only 1 person serving the counter. Q for 25mins to get our food yet only 3 person in front of us. Wait another 10mins for our take away food. Worst service ever. 😅

Food was standard KFC fare. The stand out was the fantastic crew. Even though I was their last customer, they gave their best smile and interact with me to make my day. Thank you.

The food is good, worth every cent I pay. It's also quite cheap; you can get a good set of meal by just paying the price of a kopitiam. The service is good, only that the newcomer staffs should learn more. The only problem is they only open after 11 am. If only they open during morning rush hours...

This is a hit and miss KFC branch. Generally great as there is little to no people, but the food standard can really be atrocious on some days

Counter crew (male) refuse to take order until a long queue line is form. And I just need to order a packet of fries!

They need to close this branch. Terrible food. Don't think they cook correctly. Other KFC branches taste nicer.
