Good classes all fully booked. Have to wakeup Super early one week in adv to book. What’s the point of buying membership! Membership is not worth it! When feedback is shared with amore, they never ever respond. Losing more locations as well. Not worth investing in their membership

Bought the voucher from FAVE. First timer to the gym. I supposed basic facilities should be provided, yet they have water cooler but no cup. When kindly asked, they said I have to pay $1 for a bottle. No leeway given to new client. I told them I will go all the way down to buy EVIAN water. A female staff in green unrighteously told me everyone should bring their tumbler. Dumbfounded. Amore, is this how you treat your members?

I used to like coming to Amore Spa, but not any more. I feel really stressed and uncomfortable every time I visit now because they keep pushing hard to make more sales. I will not renew any more packages with them. Just the thought of needing to finish my package's remaining sessions made me super SIAN! 😣 I hope the company can do something about it or they will lose their regular customers very soon. Been patronising Amore Spa for years. But they are Always trying so hard to hard sell EVERY SINGLE TIME I visited them. I like the ambience and location, super convenient for me since it’s near my house, but the thought of having to fend off the sales predators/staff each time I visit is quite a turnoff.

Signed up to a year of membership as very little options otherwise. In the last two months of my membership shared I can’t afford it and I am not using the membership. Email response: “We really appreciate you telling us your reason for requesting to cancel your membership. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of cancellation for fitness memberships. Thank you and have a great day ahead.” No alternative, no support, just no.

Bad service and package can be different from your initial purchased. Very hard selling each of your visit. NOT recommended. 1st and last to buy their spa package.

I am with Amora since 2005. Followed amora to Hillion Mall. Trusted their excellent service, facial and body massage. Impressive room environment and cleanliness. My Therapist Samantha always choose the best treatment for my skin.

Came few times to Hillion outlet. It is clean, easy to access, and comfortable. Enjoyed several aromatherapy massages and there were pretty good. Today first time trying 30mins qi massage that focuses on back and shoulder knots. Ann the therapist was really strong and professional, able to make me feel relax and ease my aches. Maggie the manager was also very patient, to explain clearly to me the different facial and treatments available. Thank you for your time!

My 1st visit back to Amore Fitness since the CB. Greatly appreciate Amore's goodwill to revive my package after a 2-yr hiatus. Have not been to the Hillion Mall outlet - it's spacious & has good gym equipment although a pity they don't have the ones to tone the inner & outer tighs. But still, i have always enjoyed a good workout at Amore with Jennifer's classes. 👍👍👍

I am been a loyal customer with Amore for almost 18 years, what attracts me is the clean environment, good service, quality products and non pushy therapists. I used to be with Amore Kovan but changed to Hillion mall because I have shifted. I enjoy coming to Hillion mall outlet because beautician Sally is very patient and provide good service. I look forward to my treatment session every month.

Enjoying myself for past years member. Only thing is likeable instructors n special dance classes like bodywood n latin dance are not spread throughout all outlets. Hope to see some changes after feedback.

Good exposure and also nice ambience… People there give you a relaxed time and treatment.. The offers and package costs are flexible . one times are pretty mid ranged .

Have a wide variety of classes at the studio from fun dance to endurance training. Always a good place to workout. A very pleasant and clean studio.

I have been with Amore Spa and facial for five years and is always a good experience. My appointment is always with Sally from hillion mall as she is a nice lady who is very attentive to details.

I have been with Amore Fitness since 2017. Really enjoy the variety of classes, where I can learn new dance steps, keep fit and a warm community where we share our joy in cooking and baking with each other.

Gym amenities itself could have more variety, it does however have plenty of treadmills and if you like running on those then that's good for you. Classes are gets moving and are mostly interesting however I'm still going around the classes and some of them are just intensity and of no interest. Bathrooms and toilets are clean, towels are clean and always around. Prices are quite worth it especially with the whole women only thing
