Bought two packs of rice in store (by 榮记) S$4.95 + S$3.80. Packings looked nice, portions normal, some bones 鸡肉和鸭肉很多骨，义烧蛮硬，chicken not tender compared to 榮记own store at 680143, if compared to the store at 680016.... good to try for this first time only. A little bit warm, store did not provide heating when asked. Tried to make hot at home, chilli and sauces provided are good though. Overall, can only say, lacklustre. Checkout 'Q' can be long during events and peak hours, CNY is chaotic here waits up to 30 mins or more but other times it is a good place to shop.

Look out for offer price in store. Spacious and clean environment. Stocks are neatly stacked & labelled. Self check out counters are available.

There are many different facilities here, with a large variety of goods offered here. The checkout counters are located by the exit and that the entrance is filled with automated gates for safe entry and exit, they used to have a staff to check the entrance but now has replaced it with the gates. The gates are now opened at all times with the relaxation of safe management measures. It was very convenient to enter the outlet and to find the items that I want. The ATM is located near the entrance too, making cash withdrawals easy for shoppers. Overall, I had a good experience at this outlet and would visit again.

9/12/23 I was at the supermarket late at night, second in line at the payment counter. The cashier, who seemed to be the supervisor, was loudly instructing customers. I had noise-canceling earbuds, but people started looking at me. When I took an earbud out, she was yelling at me to use the self-checkout, which felt rude. She had a tomboyish appearance with a short haircut. At the self-checkout, she continued shouting, specifically about card payments. It was disruptive and made the whole experience unpleasant. This encounter left me with a negative impression of her as a rude and inconsiderate person, lacking social skills and possibly missing out on positive interactions.

There are a wide array of goods and products here. The place is clean, spacious and comfortable to shop for groceries.

Hi I'm here to asking questions what type of staff you all hired Indian lady name I think theepa shouting with customers and very rude attitude with her face .. We are regular here... Very disappointed

I was browsing some t-shirts at the clothes section and accidently left my recyclable jute shopping bag there. I didn't realize it until about 15 mins later. I searched the area but it was missing. Then I went to the customer service counter and asked the staff and she said there wasn't any such bag returned. So I went back and searched again, but this time I asked the 2 chinese aunties about my bag. One of them then pulled out my bag from the undershelves/cabinet below the clothing rack. They had kept my bag instead of returning it to the customer service counter under lost and found. All the while I was searching for my bag like a fool and not once did they mention anything about it until I had asked. And they weren't busy either, just chit-chatting with themselves. Greedy NTUC now charges for plastic bags and expects us to byob but their staff steals it. Pathetic all-around.

Thanks a lot for the Ntuc lady at the self-payment counter that is very patient to help me on using ntuc member mobile apps to pay for 50% discount item this late afternoon as I didn’t bring the membership card along. Thanks for good service

This fairprice is very close to the MRT station and we get fruits and veggies in discounted price during festive season.

24 hour supermarket, conveniently located in Hillion Mall with MRT, LRT and bus interchange. Its clean and well stocked.

Love the halal roasted chickens section. The sushi section and also this ntuc is conveniently 24hrs.

You can find most of the items here. Be prepared to queue cause its very crowded during evening time n weekends.

One of my favorite NTUC outlets in Singapore. It's quite big here and you will be able to find a lot of stuff. The reason why I love it is because this outlet sells some items which are not available at other outlets, for example, sports apparel, men's briefs, bed linen, etc. They also sell chicken rice bento here, yes! Bento sets! Highly recommended.

Dishonest act without putting the price tag from chee cheon fun. If the price mark up 65cents , I will never buy 2 packet.

This place is located near the Bukit Panjang MRT station. The store is small and it carries limited variety of goods. Very often, I have to cross over next door to Bukit Panjang NTUC Finest to buy some of the essential goods. Ironically, it has a Singapore Pools outlet within the store. I guess the revenue generated from this 'gaming' business is lucrative.

Very large Fair price outlet but I seldom frequent this one as the rush hour queue can be quite bad, pre pandemic times of course. It can still get long even now, do if you're thinking of going, do so on off peak hours or use the self checkout for small quantities purchase.

Very big place. Good to get all your household and groceries items. But the staffs look short handed and sometimes are rude. Very hard to get any help. Tried to get my poultry cut into 12 pieces but had to wait for half an hour.

Love the fact it's 24hrs and the halal rotisserie is a plus. I only wished it was Ntuc Finest.

Went here on the weekend. Super crowded but it went smoothly Manage to get what I needed. There are some promotion going on here and there. Counter service was fast and every lanes are open to get rid of the long queue 😊
