Firstly,
this
review
is
limited
by
the
number
of
stars
that
I'm
allowed
to
give.
Would
have
given
Regis
Medical
many
more
stars
if
I
was
able
to!
And
believe
me,
you'll
want
to
read
this
review.
Suffered
a
sports
injury
(slipped
disc,
L4-L5)
back
in
September
2023
and
saw
a
few
doctors
and
specialists
to
try
and
rectify
the
problem.
After
the
X-rays
and
MRIs,
was
advised
to
get
invasive
procedures
done
but
I
wasn't
too
keen
on
that
so
embarked
on
physiotherapy
with
another
practitioner.
10
sessions
later,
the
sharp
pains
on
the
lower
back
and
down
the
sciatic
nerve
persisted.
Spoke
to
a
good
friend
Ms
Chong
Hui
Hui
about
my
situation
and
she
immediately
helped
to
arrange
a
consultation
with
the
doctors
at
Regis
Medical
and
a
physio
session
too.
Registration
process
was
super
convenient!
Regis
Medical
contacted
me
promptly
via
WhatsApp
and
guided
me
on
the
various
administrative
matters
such
as
preregistration
to
save
time
at
the
clinic,
down
to
travel
directions
with
a
link
to
Google
Maps
appended.
Clinic
is
very
aesthetically
pleasing
to
the
eye
and
just
being
there
with
the
spa
vibes
helps
the
patient
to
relax
and
feel
better
already.
Coupled
with
the
very
friendly
staff
at
the
front
desk,
you
might
just
think
you're
checking
into
a
5-star
hotel
for
a
staycation
rather
than
visiting
the
clinic!
Consultation
with
the
doctor
was
fuss
free
and
the
doctors
seem
very
knowledgeable,
asking
specific
questions
to
pinpoint
the
ailments.
Recommended
treatment
was
then
promptly
communicated
to
the
physiotherapist.
Big
shout-out
to
my
physiotherapist
Malcolm!
In
the
first
session,
he
took
me
through
a
range
of
motions
to
identify
the
precise
moments
my
slipped
disc
causes
pain
down
the
leg.
Following
that,
a
bit
of
exercise
for
general
strengthening
with
some
tweaks
to
the
exercises
I
was
recommended
by
the
previous
physiotherapist.
The
recommendation
to
do
deadlifts
made
all
the
difference!
The
day
after
working
on
deadlifts,
I
woke
up
pain
free!
Booked
a
second
session
on
the
spot
just
as
a
follow
up.
Having
gone
through
the
second
physiotherapy
session
at
their
brand
new
in-house
gym,
I'm
happy
to
say
that
the
pain
has
been
successfully
managed!
Malcolm
suggested
an
open
date
for
future
physio
sessions
if
needed
and
while
I
think
there
might
be
the
occasional
relapses
with
the
slipped
disc,
I
feel
so
much
more
assured
that
I
am
equipped
with
a
few
simple
exercises
to
manage
the
body
and
I'm
confident
full
recovery
is
well
in
sight.
Thank
you
Regis
Medical!
