A very unique place, unlike the usual mall. Walkways inside the building is just like an alley. And all the dinning areas are quite small. A cinema inside the mall.

It's a small mall with toilets of 1 cubicle only. It is absolutely fine if you are just visiting for a while. It will be tough when working there for the full day only to find out the cubicle is occupied 80% of the time when you have an upset stomach. Life is pain. This review is pain too.

This mall is unique in a sense that it houses the Eagle Eye Centre, numerous eateries/shops, a minimart and a posh cinema. I watched a few movies at the Eagle Cinema - Premium Lounge. The cinema is not big, but it has a lot of leg room. There is space for a few small side tables and table lamps in each row of seats. However, in my recent visit, I couldn't place my leg comfortably as the table was getting in the way. I was sitting in the middle row as such it's a little squeeze. The best seat is at the extreme end as there's more space. You get to watch a movie while having your lunch/dinner. Free flow of hot & cold drinks are available while waiting. You're free to get refill during lunch/dinner. It's a worthy experience for anyone who has never been to such a cinema.

Mall has an unique mix of shops that differentiates it from the other more "run of the mill" malls. They have a cinema, host of specialist clinics and F&B outlets. There's also a claw machine shop with a rather unique name - cow play cow boo (go figure!) Shops/mall itself is pet friendly. There is a restaurant that welcomes pets. However, most of the F&B establishment have very limited seats and most of them are geared towards doing take-aways. We were unaware as it was our first visit to the mall. We settled for Carl's Junior in the end as we were able to secure seats there. Do plan and check ahead if you wish to have a dine-in option.

The parking lots is very limited and recommend that you wait patiently and not honk in the parking lot. The place is missing atm machines, please look into engaging banks to allow us to withdraw cash when we need to.

A great place for watching a movie with the family. A small and private cinema that sits about 12 people. Great lunch or dinner service before the movie starts too.
