From the outside looked like a very very old building to me, when I'm inside the building it seemed to have everything you need. Supermarkets, good food, bookstore, dbs bank, pediatrician, GP clinic, aesthetician clinics, hair salon, kids learning centre, pharmacy, those selling daily home needs shop, nonya food which is here for a long long time, korean food and many more. People who stayed around here will always be back.

Pretty much the same place as what I remember when I was young until now (30+ years and counting). Of course many shops have come and gone including my optician who retired a few years back. Overall, good shop mix, more to eat, more hipster cafes and food joints. Pop by and have a go yourself.

A nice Japanese restaurant. It is the freshness n the slice thickness of the sashimi that I rate them 5⭐️.

An old shopping mall that mainly caters to nearby residents. Not much variety of shops, with some small eateries. The supermarket (Fairprice Finest) is large and well stocked though, good for grocery shopping.

Range of stores and choices within the mall is quite limited. Apart from NTUC FairPrice, there are few noteworthy options available. It would be great to see a more diverse selection of shops, boutiques, and dining establishments to cater to different preferences. Considering its age, it's understandable that Bukit Timah Plaza lacks the modern amenities and trendy stores found in newer malls. If you're looking for a wide range of options or a vibrant shopping experience, you might want to explore other shopping destinations in the area. However, if you're specifically seeking the convenience of NTUC FairPrice or require services in the immediate vicinity, Bukit Timah Plaza might still serve its purpose. Just don't expect too much beyond the essentials. Overall, I would rate Bukit Timah Plaza with three stars. It fulfills the basic requirements but falls short in terms of convenience, modernity, and variety.

Rare retro mall one can find in Singapore, shops here retain 80-90s vibes with add ons of many private learning institutions for kids. Restaurants are small but home like style. Hope it can be upgraded soon to achieve its own significance of style

A pleasant surprise to see so many branded tuition and enrichment centres e.g. Learning Point, HCL, Hua Cheng, Attitude Performing Arts, Art Zone, and Math and Music Schools, etc, in this mall. I thought it is a mall housing maid agencies like other old malls, but it is not, it has DBS, Maybank, and Fairprice Supermarket, and many F&B outlets. An exit at B1 directly linked to a covered walkway to MRT Station (Blue Line), about 10 minutes walk.

This mall is old! But it’s trying really hard to keep up with the time. Your can see she’s nicely renovated. Doesn’t give out the 80s vibe. Little crowd at night, shops are closed.

Great Mall with variety. Parking gets crowded on the weekends.

Not a bad place with NTUC being the anchor tenant. Need to increase more good stalls to attract more customers.

Place completed an overhaul, looks better cleaner, however food prices still high, except for a duckrice stall on L3. Carpark also high, better look for an IRA carpark nearby.

My secret mall, secluded and spacious during off peak time. Options galore with NTUC finest and CUT butchery, its my favorite place to do grocery shopping. May not have the big F&B names like the other malls do but the ones here are absolutely authentic, delicious and gives off a small town family owned business vibes. Peranakan, Korean, Japanese, and Chongqing fares available,

This is the closest shopping centre to my place so we're here every week for groceries and sundries. And occasionally for the food. There's an NTUC fairprice on two levels (huge!) with lots of selection. There's also a Hock Hua tonic which carries whatever is missing on the herbal side of things. And the Cut Butchery on the basement level outside NTUC. They're pretty good and have aged meat, etc., which is good for special occasions. Also a bunch of optician shops including our favourite, Ming Ming. Car park is crowded at all the usual times due both to the popularity of NTUC and all the enrichment centres in BTP. But we still go there. Just planning our time a bit more carefully.

Are U Hungry 😋? #AUHBMark #AUHFCChickenCurry #AUHFCCheeCheongFun #AUHFCCafe Cafe : Man Man (aka 🈵️🈵️)#B2-RK1 (Behind Subway Cafe) @ Bukit Timah Plaza, 1 Jalan Anak Bukit. S(588996). Noon time, I decided to come here to flower 🌺 leg 🦵(aka: walk walk, look look, see see 👀) and found many eateries of Japanese, Korean, Nonya food + Heritage delight too ! After many rounds, this Cafe is it ! for it’s local delights + uniqueness of open air type of Cafe concept and ambience + aircon cooling ! 😅😜 I ordered the Curry version of Chee Cheong Fun w/ fried bean curd + Rolled beancurd w/ stuffing of fish paste @ $5.20 + Nanyang Kopi Gao Siew Tai @ $1.80. Total : $7.00. Tasted 👅 interesting w/ spicy 🌶️ hot curry 🍛 + a 1/2 potato 🥔 slice, flavourfully ✅ and smooth, delectably savoury and pairing with the fish paste beancurd roll + crunchy deep fried beancurd ! It’s one of the recommended dish ! Nice 👍 😮 🤩 ⭐️ Sipping my Nanyang Kopi as I completed this article ! Preview the unedited video clip + photos collage to whet your appetite! Cheers ☕️🐓 🍛 🥔 🐟

Great NTUC Finest, and little food outlets, but horrid dirty and old toilets. The internal stiarcases are some some of the worst. Come Saturdays, the Basment carpark bins get filled till they overflow with garbage and are not cleared.

Please check weather forecast before going if you don't drive and need a cab. 3 lanes merging into one (car park, taxi, main road) is an absolute nightmare. Very long wait for taxi and angry drivers before you can reach home.

It is a good suburban weekend mall. The type you send your kids to for classes, and chill at for the 2h they are there. Also the go-to when you need to pick up stationery, electronics and groceries. With a Popular Bookstore, and a 24h FairPrice, you can't go wrong. It also has a couple of enrichment centres, music schools, and an art school every corner you turn. I just wish it was more brightly lit.

Always one of my favirite place to do grocery shopping. Readily available parking space and a good variety of shops - optical, clothes , accessories , appliances , mobile phones and many more.

  • 3/5 Christopher Q. 2 years ago on Google
Hard to park and the lifts are terribly slow and cramped. It is a nice shopping mall with Popular, Bata and NTUC Finest. Good to grab the necessities.

  • 1/5 Amos T. 2 years ago on Google
Very very old shopping mall in Singapore, outdated and dilapidated. Nothing much here, I honestly dk why they don't just close it down and enact a new mall, that has a little bit more life. It feels dead, dull and unwanted it almost smells like that. There's Liho and Subway, and NTUC Finest, but other than that there's really nothing else to patronise here. There is an old watch shop which sells branded watches like Seiko and Fossil at very low mark-up, it's my go-to place for watches. Sell same model at probably 30% lesser than retail price anywhere else.

  • 3/5 Juliana S. 3 years ago on Google
Old suburban mall that has undergone partial facelift. There is nothing interesting as you have your usual supermarket, food eateries, book store and etc. Wouldn't go out of my way to visit this shopping center.

  • 4/5 lc k. 2 years ago on Google
You go there for a specific need purpose. Not a window shopping mall. Very busy NTUC. A couple of small nice eatery worth trying if you are around the vicinity, not something you should travel from like the east side to here.

(Translated by Google) A general shopping mall that has everything~ It is convenient for shopping, there are many restaurants, and it is a place I go to every day because it is close to my house. If you live nearby, there are no convenient facilities, so make sure to visit and buy what you need!
