Dr Lo is the best GP ever! Compassionate, patient, friendly, assuring, knowledgeable and very clear in his prognosis explanation. His colleague, Dr Chee, is also a wonderful doctor, as kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly as Dr Lo. We have been so blessed to have known them. Not to mention that the nurses are just as good.

Doctor Chee is one of the best doctors ive ever met in my 48 year ild life across Korea, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Singapore. He literally takes care of his patients and never over diagnose! I strongly recommend.

Dr Lo was extremely patient and considerate as I described my case. Apart from taking my case seriously, he was also reassuring - didnt give me the slightest reason to think (1) he was there to see as many patients as possible in a day 2) he was more concerned about the diagnosis than the consultation process

2 years ago, i always get flu and fever continuously for whole year. doctor from the other clinic just gave me an answer like this "you immune system is not strong enough" . and i always got new med from that particular clinic without any improvement. Until i meet Dr. Chee and Dr. Lu*(I suppose) here who recommended by my friend. I consulted by Dr. Chee on my first visit, and he can point out my problem directly. I follow all suggestion that Dr. Chee gave and i am free from flu and fever after visiting 2 times. I am glad that i met them. If you are looking for clinic that treat people instead of clinic that doing business, you are at the right place.

My husband and I have been seeing both Dr Chee and Dr Lo for nearly 20 years and so this review is long overdue. The queues at the clinic can be phenomenal but there is good reason for that. Both doctors take their time to diagnose each patient. Given their ample number of patients, other monetary driven doctors would have just rushed each of us in and out of the consultation room but Dr Chee and Dr Lo do not do that. If I was just looking for a quick MC or a standard check up, I would probably head to another clinic which is less busy. However, if I were ill and needed good genuine advice, Dr Lo and Dr Chee would be my only bet. The two doctors do have brutally efficient receptionists but over time, if you get to know them, you will know they are lovely ladies who just do their jobs very well. I normally like to call the clinic prior to check on the queue situation but the line is hard to get through at times. Alternatively, I get to the clinic way before opening time to line up and that ensures I do not have to wait too long. Hopefully this helps with newbies who are turned off by other reviewers who say the wait is too long or the receptionists are difficult. :)

Dr Chee was extremely friendly and patient to diagnose my illness

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Lo KL today for a consultation. He is undoubtedly one of the most patient, empathetic and genuine doctors out there. Should one be on the lookout for a reliable, compassionate family doctor, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Lo.

Lovely family clinic except for rude old nurses that have been there for ages. No bedside manners. Really rude ! Doctor please train your nurses to be more customer oriented. Especially from nurses.

Dr Lo is one of the best doctors. He is very knowledgeable and also very kind. More importantly, the prescription he gave cured me quickly!

Dr Chee and Dr Lo are excellent physicians.

I chance upon this clinic and met Dr. Lo there for the first time as i have been experiencing neck & shoulder pain. It must be a miracle as i have not met any doctor as energic & patient as him. He went far beyond the usual consulation and even asked further questions to ensure his diagnosis. He made me feel assured through his detailed explanation and even sent me links to videos & tips on which pillow i should use the day after. I really appreciated my time here & i feel that all doctors out there should be like him. I will visit him again though i live far from here:) Thank you so much!

I've been coming here for many years, Dr Lo and Dr Chee are both kind, caring and competent and their charges are very reasonable. Highly recommended! Bring something for the wait as they're deservedly popular.

Waited from 8.30 am to 10.30 am to see the doctor who was a locum..people come at 8.30 am , register themselves or kids and leave. So the clinic looks like there at a few people waiting but the number is double. Receptionist should at least inform us that there were people who had registered and left. The patient before us saw doctor at 10 am. Then we were called at 10.25am. Because doctor is the only one who handles medication and has to dispense it. doctor comes in and out to ask where bottle is. Two receptionist just to call names and bill. The doctors are very friendly, detailed and no nonsense. If they suspect something serious, they will make referrals. They prescribe medicine sufficient to cure the symptoms. You have a sense that you are being cared for, including your pockets. Downside being that the doctors are probably in a retirement mode and do not work on holidays and night time.

Dr Chi and Dr Lo are the nicest doctors, great with children and adults alike.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and both Dr Chee and Dr Lo are exceptional doctors who make me feel very comfortable each time I am there. I don’t specifically choose who to see because both are good but when it comes to Dr Lo he is the most genuine and sincere doctor and I always feel better immediately upon seeing him because of his good sense of humour!

Excellent care from Dr. Lo today. I went for the first time since my clinic was closed. Wait time was quick and the prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
